I was nervous about going here after reading the reviews. I was looking to build a NAS from an old PC tower but kept running into snags with the 4 desktops I already had. I needed a new case and wanted it yesterday. I called PCs & Parts and explained my situation. In the end it was more cost effective for me to purchase a complete used PC than to get the parts to make what I had work. The knowledgeable staff helped walk me through all my options and the pro's and con's of each way. When all was said and done I was able to build not only the NAS that I was working on but also a sweet media server from the tower they sold me. About a month later, during another PC build that I'd hit a snag on they were my first call. While they didn't have what i was looking for they did tell me where I'd find what i wanted so i now have 2 amazing sources for instant gratification.

Yes, you can get your parts cheaper off of the internet... sometimes. But you don't get the service of knowledge people. You also aren't walking away from the internet with the exact part you need right now!
