My experience at the moment is very good when buying a new car, there is a guy named Francisco from the street who is an excellent professional and would like many.

I felt cheated. I had a maintenance contract for 5 years.
Performed the maintenance every December. In December I ask for an appointment and they give me for January and I tell them that maintenance ends in 2018.
When going to pass the review they tell me that the contract is finished and that I have to pay it.
It is true that the contract ended in September but it was not an impediment for other years to do the annual review in December.
A pity that I get lost as a client because the workshop service is good and I had recommended them to date.

I bought an XTrail 5 years ago, which by the way, I had to buy at another dealership since here they didn't match the offer. I would have preferred to buy it in Salamanca. Since I have it, I have suffered several manufacturing incidents, turbo breakage type at 40K, climate control, window regulators, sensors and now the electro fan. After a claim, the brand extended the warranty for two years (they themselves recognize too many and serious incidents for a new vehicle of more than 32,000). Conclusion, I don't buy a Nissan again in life. Technical service of equal quality.
