I had the pleasure to experience the Edmonton On-Stay 2020 last month! It was honestly one of the best decisions I ve made in 2020 so far. It was also an excuse for me to visit Canada for the first time ever!!! I really got the pleasure to meet all the agency directors and all the other models. It s crazy how you meet people for a couple days and you miss them a lot! This was a great way for me to keep learning about the modeling industry and to keep working hard. This was something I definitely needed in order to grow as individual and a model . So well done to the World Team for being so supportive.

I've been following World Management for a while now. I have a bunch of friends who are models that are signed to world management and they love it! One friend in particular is a recently signed model to WM and she's already getting amazing modeling opportunities. WM looks out for the people who work with them. Unlike most agencies, you aren't instructed to pay any submission fees at all.
I, myself, am a photographer. I've been shooting for a little over 3 and a half. Ive been shooting with a lot of models who aren't really models. My goal is to become a serious photographer and businessman. Two of my goals this year are to shoot for World Management and have my work on the front page of Portfolio Magazine. Jade Tang, agency director, saw that was my goal and sent me a PM offering an ibfeev to make it happen. Jade is a very personable and fun person to talk to. She mixes business and friendly talk so well. The ibfeev went extremely well and we've been working together ever since so she can help me get started on my endeavours with World Management.

I attended the LA On-Stay trip this January and I was presently surprised with how everybody welcomed me and every single model into their hearts. During this trip, I felt beautiful, confident, and most importantly, I felt supported from both the World Management team but also the models that came together in the house. Went to a meeting with these people in Toronto and Kylie didn t even take the time to look at my portfolio claiming that a team of agents look at them for her . I ve dealt with this same person when I applied for Numa. I also noticed that she was cringing at the fact that I have part Arabic ancestry and knew I wasn t all white. Both applications either showed Euro-Arab or Biracial. So I now that modelling agencies like this don t accept biracial people or Arabic people for that matter. I wouldn t bother applying for this agency if you re Arabic/Muslim as they ll reject you. If they don t take any interest in looking at your portfolio, cut the interview short. I should ve did that.
