We have been customers of ELK for years. A week and half ago during the hottest week of the year, our AC went out over the weekend and I called another company to come out to see if it was an easy fix. They told me my unit was fried and for $$$ they could fix it and I might as well replace the furnace at the same time for an additional $$$. The pitch was just too smooth, too high and they were pressuring me to make a decision right then, trying to take advantage of the fact that inside temp of our house was already in the upper 80's. I called ELK the next day and they came out and looked at it. For an amount 60% of what the other company quoted me and reassurances that I did not have to replace my furnace at this time, they were able to replace my AC and set it up so when we do replace the furnace it will all work seamlessly together. They are knowledgeable, honest and take care of their customers. Rich and Ricky are the best! #customersforlife
