These people are worst in delivering the products. We have ordered two wallets and received only one.
After providing all proofs they didn't give proper answers. After we provided Google reviews we got the product. And we got a comment that don't give false review from their side but we gave only true reviews

bought this 2 months back, used it sparingly for carrying a small 14 inch laptop and its charger. ie it. nothing else. and today the handle just snapped , and my bag fell down laptop and all. complete waste and terrible quality for the amount being paid. extremely disappointed.

I placed an order for a wallet on 22nd March and recieved an email on 24th March that the product delivery will be delayed. I have not received the product till date and not a single email keeping me posted about they delay or even the expected date of arrival. Can someone check my order status please and send me a mail. Order number is 25239.

The product is really good.. I thought product to my home town(kgf) wil not be available but I mailed them n the person said that the product is available n ordered them.. I got my product in 10 to 1w days.. delivery was delayed except tat .. everythng was done so well.. thy keep replyng to our queries then n there .. it's trustworthy.. thought I was the beginner in online shopping I was worried to order but I'm super happy Abt the product..

I ordered a laptop Bag and a wallet #119900 and I received only the laptop bag although I had prepaid for both the items. I have been mailing and calling since the time I received the package but nobody is responding. Is this company a fraud? How can get a resolution or file fraud against Zouk?

I bought a laptop handbag and passport holder from Zouk(online) and had issues with their delivery service. When I reached out initially to Zouk , I received no response and their delivery service was unreachable. However after I wrote the google review, Zouk reached out and fixed the issue with the delivery service. I received the products and they appear to be of decent quality. The handbag had a bit of a rubbery odor. Hopefully airing the product will fix it.

Recently 2 weeks ago I have purchased a bucket bag and a small volet but still we haven't received any of it we had done the full payment .

Sorry! But the truth is that they are very careless about the orders.
Probably they don't know anything in business or they cannot handle it.
An order was placed for two wallets by paying full amount. Later i received only one wallet.
When i got back to them , they ask me for proof. First of all how can someone be so irresponsible about the orders placed. ? Later i sent them all the proofs (Invoice stating only prod received, product photo, Amount paid & so on) So they tell sorry we will send u at the earliest. Later when i ask them to share the tracking details, there is no response from them . i Have sent some 3-4 emails and still there is no reply. Later i added a review on google and i got response to my mail , the next second that they have sent . and also asking me to not add false reviews anywhere.
and they have even disabled the comment section on insta! They are active on fb but they don't reply. I even asked for refund. Still there was no reply! Seriously worst worst & worst service.

I don"t even feel like giving one star. Worst experience ever. They send me my bag late, and was defective, they ask me to courier the defected bag back to them. After i send them back the damaged, they did't send me new bag nor refunded my money till the date, upon that they don't have shame to reply to mails i send. ZOUK the entire team is fake. NO responsibility towards their customers and no professionalism they don't have courtesy to reply. Will never recommend to anyone waste of time and money.

I read Google reviews for Zouk after placing my order for a bag and a pouch. I was very apprehensive after that and was wondering if I was going to receive my order. Out of apprehension I emailed the customer service and was told that the bag I had ordered was out of stock, but gladly in short time they emailed me saying that they have arranged the bag for me and I'll receive the order soon. After one more follow up after this email I received my bag and the pouch. I totally love both - The bag and the pouch. Customer service was good. I would give them a benefit of doubt on the delivery issues, probably because they are a new company or a single person is handling multiple things. The product is worth the money. I dint have bad experience with customer service. Reducing one star as I had to send a couple of follow up emails. I reckon if the brand works on their flaws they are a worthy brand to buy products from. I wish them all the best. I may order one more product next month. I have posted a picture of my bag in the photos section.

I ordered bucket bag and got it delivered on time. I am giving 2 stars because the bucket bag which I got is not same as it was on their site, I wrote EMail, Tweets etc to reach them to get it replaced or at least a reply but there is no response, not a single reply. They should atleast respond to customer feedback and try to get it solved.

Had ordered an office bag and a wallet. Received it within 3 days. It was a pleasant surprise to see such prompt delivery. The bag and wallet is exactly as shown in the website pics. Just wish one pocket was there outside to keep change which is very important for a person like me who uses public transport. Otherwise everything else is great. The bag, the inside laptop compartment which I use to keep my ipad and the small pockets. The wallet is big and can be used to store lots of things including my 6 inches phone. All in all loved the products specially the beautiful colour combination!!!
