Windowmakers nv

I had window frames and doors made for my new-build house through a Windowmakers dealer.
The frames were full of transport damage. However, due to the time pressure of the construction and the promise of window makers that they would repair the damage afterwards, I let the assembly continue.
Now I am so sorry that I did business with window makers !!!!
They have only partially repaired the damage, there are color differences and after various "attempts" for repair, it has not yet been resolved. They do not keep time agreements and after repair it is not good yet. Really a drama the way they dealt with me.
To compensate for the damaged frames and to compensate for the inconveniences, I have asked for compensation, but they have so far refused. In the meantime, I am very dissatisfied with the quality and service provided by window makers.

We are now 2 weeks later and despite my attempts to reach them I have not been called back. Becoming a very annoying story.
In the meantime, the glass slats are already coming loose and rust is forming on the plastic in various places.
Awaiting a response....
