Amazing service...... They were able to remotely diagnose an ear infection that I did not have. Never even seen the doctor. Never contacted them. Never spoke with them. Friend went to the doctor for a cough and mentioned my cough. Wow!

Froedert used to have very good health care. Lately they have become one of the worst. We have had more problems getting questions answered and getting service. Their billing services are terrible. We love the 2 physicians my wife and I use but institutionally they have really gone down hill. It is a shame to see one of the fine hospital systems in Southeast Wisconsin be so poorly managed. Shame on you

Have a problem with your bill? Been months trying to dispute it and now it's no longer on file?! No communications when told you will be reached. They don't care about you they want your money even if they bamboozle you. Non profit....when all their higher ups are making millions. Disgusting!

Terrible clinic. My poor mother who has diverticulitis and has been going here for decades cannot get an appointment until she agrees to covid test. The only reason being she had diarrhea which is directly caused by her diverticulitis. She will have to go to the emergency room to seek help if that happens because of this. How sick. A small town clinic should not treat their lifelong patients this way. Not seeing them until they are tested. She has not been in contact with anyone at all let alone anyone who has covid. Disturbing to say the least. God forbid she has appendicitis or something more serious.

I relocated from Kansas where I had been treated for 12 years unsuccessfully for an ailment. Dr. Trivedi diagnosed my problem after 10 minutes of my first appointment and is presently successfully treating it.

Never had to wait more than 15 min from my scheduled appointment time, and not mention Dr. Wolter is one of the best doctors there hands down. Though with his crazy busy schedule it will take time to schedule an appointment with him, it's totally worth it. Polite and kind every time.

Have been going to this clinic for years. Came in to use urgent care. Nobody in the waiting room and have been waiting for over an hour with nobody in the waiting room. Will never go to this clinic again. Left and went to urgent care down the road and got in immediately.

What happened to the personalized service Froedtert used to offer phone callers? Apparently the customer's time isn't important; expect a long wait as you go through an automated recording trying to get to the department you need to speak with and then be put on hold.

My doctor used to be here but left, so I needed to go to a new doctor; however, I get the run around every time I try to schedule an appointment. I try to request one on my day off and ask for whoever is available that day but they said I need to look through brochures and find one to ask for specifically. They refused to just find one available on the day I was off work. I finally found one who would work and they said I needed to make two appointments: first one for blood work then another one for the doctor. I am sorry but I work during the week and cannot take two days off for doctor appointments. I tried to schedule an appointment for a year now , so I just gave up.

Garbage place sense Froedtert bought it out, know wonder why all the doctors left or retired takes at least two months to schedule a stupid appointment now

The care was good, but the billing was AWFUL. I have insurance and went in and asked before agreeing to services what which of my two co-pays I would be paying. The check-in clerk checked my insurance and told me my co-pay was a non-specialist co-pay for $30 verses the specialist $60. I asked twice if she was sure and she said yes. Then I checked in, saw a Physician's Assistant, and then paid my $30. Months later they billed me for another $30 saying it was a specialist. I disputed the claim and they checked it and told me to ignore the bills until the dispute was settled. Then another two months and they said that they billed it correctly and my insurance allowed them to charge for a specialist fee for a PA! Not only did they lie, but then they didn't make it right. Because directly after I spoke to them they didn't send me an additional bill, they sent me to a collections agency. First, how does a health care company (non or for profit) get to lie about what you will be paying BEFORE you agree to services? And second, how is it at all ethical to charge for services not rendered (ie I saw a PA not an oncologist)? They certainly won't pay the PA the rate the oncologist would earn. I do not recommend Froedtert at all because patient care does not stop at the time of treatment, but it is part of the billing process as well. They are not meeting up to their mission statement. I have reported them to the WI Attorney General's office for insurance fraud and for breaking a verbal agreement regarding cost of care.

Don't go here..Doctors don't listen to you or your needs!

Be careful of the questions you ask your doctor or you might get unknowingly charged for a second appointment. Terrible, rude billing office and uneducated staff who will waste your time on the phone. Will NEVER be back

The blonde short-haired receptionist is so rude and condescending, not even just to me. I overhear her towards others.

I love Dr Flasch & the ultrasound tech (Lynn?). They really made me feel comfortable and cared for.

The doctors seem to be in a bad mood most of the time and lack empathy. They even yell at the nurses because they communicate the patient's concerns. I even have a cousin who is going to medical school there and I wish he would go somewhere else.

Well they need to check charts for allergies before doing things Dr. Or Nurse Practitioners need to because they did not check twice now I have had issues. They did cover the last time for the bills and all the Medication but nothing for all the pain and suffering. I was told they would because it was done to me 2 times in less then a year and half. SO PLEASE WATCH THINGS I HAVE ALLERGIC REACTION TO MEDEL AND NO ONE LOOKED OR LISTENED TO ME. So i had a reaction then was told oh well so please be careful. Thank god was not someone that could of died from not looking. I am very upset this is being but under the rug. So please listen and becareful parents. I have a larger scare because of all this. Was told they would comparison for that but then said NO. The cream they put on me had silver in it who would think medel would be in a cream??? I still like my Dr. He had not a thing to do with this whole thing. But really protect your family and yourself.

They call me for my appointment as scheduled but I was supposed to have x rays first and they had no idea where I was for x rays. The two orthopedic receptionis Heather and Kerry shrugged their shoulders and said I don't know asked the nurse, and the x ray nurse with her hands in pocket not my job. I see a big communication gap!
