I brought a laptop up there for diagnosis. They wanted to charge $100 just to look at it...smh, they try to get over on you if you don t know any better. I d suggest taking it to MicroCenter.

They are very nice, knowledgeable, skilled, and prompt. Price is great too...repairing ultrabook that got ran over by car involved replacing everything but SSD, and cost considerably less than buying a new one.

Neva and her staff are amazing. They do not try to talk you up or rip you off like other electronics repair services I have dealt with. They are talented with repairs, honest about what you will need for your cause and are quite fair with pricing. Neva sat with me and allowed me to try different machines before even asking if I was interested in buying. She even changed the RAM on the spot to see of my chosen rig would handle my work. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nevatech to anyone who needs repairs, upgrades, or advice with computers or laptops. I want to stress that I actually felt cared for here, which has never happened before with any electronics services.

They appear friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to give you good service for a fair price. Beware! my friends. I know this bunch and they would just assume cut your throat than come out on the lesser end of any deal. I feel just a little bit safer in the same room with any one from this company as I did in "68" over against the Viet Cong.

The ladies at the shop were super nice and very helpful. I was looking to replace a couple screws I lost from my laptop and couldn't find it at the micro-center but ended up finding it at Nevatech. They have great pricing and amazing customer service. Would 100 percent recommend.

Love this place. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Took my computer in today and was told I need a mother board but it would be cheaper to buy a new computer. Will be back after Christmas for the new one. I bought this computer 10yrs ago so I guess I do need a new one its long overdo. NevaTech is way cheaper then Mico center.

I had a very pleasant experience here. They have older parts here that the Microcenter next door doesn't stock, the staff are nice and answered all of my questions, and everything they have is very affordable.

Stayed open after close to help me get the stuff I needed ! Very nice staff... got out of the long micro center line went here and was super happy definitely will return.

Experience with Nevatech has ALWAYS been over the top. If u go 2 nearby Micro-Center, u r a fool!

The service was terrible and it was the worst experience I ever had. I had problem with my laptop monitor and I brought it in to this store. The place is a little shady and the owner can't speak proper English. At first I explained my situation and he said he will have to take it apart to see the problem and didn't give me clear explanation of what he will do on my computer nor repair costs. He never call me back for update and I always had to call in except the first time he called me to tell me that the computer has problem with screen and might be a cable problem. (Which I told him when I first came into the store) I kept calling him for more updates and he kept claiming the vendor not sending him the correct part for the laptop. I waited a month and a half to know that he was still waiting for the part. So I told him that I can't pay for the service that I am obviously not getting. He finally gave in and differed me a ten dollars discount and told me that if I wanted he will fix it if I gave him another week. I told him that his offer is satisfying and if he didn't fix it by that time I will cone into the store and take my computer. I went into the store after a week without expecting too much and it wasn't surprising at all. He brought out my computer and it was all taken apart and it wasn't assembled and he told me that he didn't have enough time. However my laptop was full of dust and it was clear that he didn't touch a single thing. He said I had to sign something before I leave and he gave me a paper saying that my order was CANCELED. I knew this was coming but it was very disappointing. He isn't professional at all and his service is one of the worst experience I ever had. His explanation of being delayed a month and a half is that it was hard to take my laptop apart.

Very professional with lot if technical knowledge. It is my 4th laptop that they fixed and everytime, service is 100% satisfied. All service comes with warranty.

This little computer shop is always a pleasure to wander into. The people are knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are fair and any questions are answered honestly. Computer repairs are also done here as well. Great place to fill your tech needs.

I've bought 2 desktop computers here over the years and they both still work excellent. It has been my experience that Nev never tries to sell you more than what you need.

Wanted to upgrade my Laptop but it had to be taken apart. Went to NevaTechs after I was told my laptop was not upgrade friendly by another tech store. NevaTech were able to upgrade the RAM and hard drive for 1/3 the price. They had DDR4 RAM in stock and even explained to me the work be done. My laptop boots in 3 seconds flat. You guys rock!

Neva was a great help, originally purchased from microcenter but saw them across the parking lot and went in. Ended up returning to micro center and buying from her.

They imaged my failing hard drive to a new hard drive. Things went well and the cost was 39.00. I could have done it myself, but I didn't want to buy the software to do it and hassle with it, so for the price, I was happy to have them do it. My system is up and running intact with all my software and settings as I need them to be, as opposed to having to reinstall Windows and everything. I'm happy.

Asking WAY too much for used computers, why would I buy an old one from them vs a new one from microcenter?!
