Have made a marriage contract, 6 apartment purchases and 2 sales through LBMB.
Very large real estate professionals. The files are well followed and the firm even advised me not to buy a property one day before the signing of the compromise, after having discovered some concerns in this property.
Only slight reproaches: on one occasion I had to raise my voice so that someone followed my sales file during the holidays of the clerk who took care of it, and, for my marriage contract, the notary in charge gave us proposed absolute "standard", without any search for "tailor-made"

We can only recommend Esther Bonneau, who has a professionalism and exemplary responsiveness (even the Week end). Whether for our marriage contract or our various real estate acquisitions, we trust only its unique expertise and its seriousness could not be more admirable.

Badly managed estate records with multiple errors in numbers and documents.
Once the succession settled (always with errors) radio silence and more responses to emails, registered mail and phone calls. Obliged to resort to collection companies to recover the money stuck on the accounts of the deceased .....

Very disappointed with the expertise rendered in the context of the joint indivision procedure, a notary who does not know how to make a rule of 3 and you lose 20 000 !
