I have the misfortune to be the owner of a house with this co-ownership syndicate, I bought a house with a roof that was going to collapse, discovered when I started the work after removing the ceiling. They took 7 months to repair it. Partly because they didn't want to touch the rotten frame. They left me on the street! Having no accommodation and the studio being uninhabitable. I have never been received during all this time despite my n telephone solicitations emails trips ... And they had the nerve to blow me in the face like what I bothered them ... They do not present any requested invoice! It is necessary to insist at least 10x and in addition the invoices presented did not correspond therefore my insurance did not want to take care of the expenses! They want us to pay blindly ... I had to call the condominium insurance in addition to mine for them because they did not want to complete a claim. Supposedly I had to fill it with my seller ... alots that the roof and the frame are common parts. We paid for everything! Even the travel of experts. 4x 500e = 500e per co-owner! ... They charge me outrageous recovery costs when they never presented the requested invoices! I have handling fees to finally speak to them etc ... with the town hall as intermediary otherwise they do nothing and do not respond. It lasted a year, a year is long without housing and enormous expenses in unsanitary housing. They set appointments with architects 500th away! Without notifying the owners ... suddenly, he came several times so that I could show him the frame and not only the roof seen from above ... In one year, I had to concede 3000th to 4000th of costs to them apart from those announced at the notary. And it was thanks to a bailiff's report that I ended up doing that they started to move. A shame this trustee !!!!! Flee if you can

Very bad trustee ... No response, no services. Exorbitant charges and without justification. By far the worst trustee we have ever had. To flee.

Avoid this trustee at all costs. They never respond to mails or emails even in an emergency. We are obliged to do recommended. and it doesn't always work ... As soon as we can we change!
