I have been using products from Wagan Corporation for several years and I have to say they are of average quality. The customer service is good and the prices are reasonable. However, I feel that their products could be better in terms of durability. Overall, I would rate them as average.

When I received my JumpBoost the directions said to charge it for 48 hours before using but upon checking the battery status it showed it was fully charged.
