I have been using products from Wagan Corporation for several years and I have to say they are of average quality. The customer service is good and the prices are reasonable. However, I feel that their products could be better in terms of durability. Overall, I would rate them as average.

Terrible customer support over email. Had to call to get their attention. The representative was friendly but they still decided to do nothing. Product could have caught my car on fire. See the black and yellow plastic? That is a smoke stain on the plastic from an electrical short inside of the Power Dome 400 product. If you have one of these, take all of the air attachment tools out of the provided compartment, as they can rattle around and migrate into the electrics compartment through a little hole at the bottom. If the metal air inflator needle manages to do this the following situation can present itself.
When I received my JumpBoost the directions said to charge it for 48 hours before using but upon checking the battery status it showed it was fully charged. I used it to start my truck and it worked beautifully. I didn't get a full charge on my battery and had to use it again the same day and worked flawlessly again. I charged it that night and have kept in my truck since. Haven't had to use the air compressor or work light yet.
The power cords are a little short have to place the JumpBoost close to the battery and there is no place to keep the AC adapter and other accessories. Otherwise it works as advertised.
No one answers phones or replies to emails. They say their employees are working from home, but I've emailed them 3 times, and called at least five times in the last 3 weeks, with no success. Covid-19 may be affecting things but unless they fired everybody this is unacceptable.
Updated review. Justin replied to my email and was wonderful. He helped me with my issue, and even sent me a new lid, which I received today, to replace the one I had whose switch had melted. So, to Justin I give 5 STARS !! Way to go Justin!!! I hope you get a great raise for having to do the work of many employees. To Wagan, I still maintain my 1 star. Just because the state mandated a certain number of people per space, doesn't mean you could not have rerouted some of the phone calls and emails to other employees who could be working from home, as your phone message stated. I could understand taking longer to ship a product, but replying to emails or answering the phone should not have been limited to just a few people. You could have retained more employees to guarantee great service.
Abosultly the biggest joke company out there I should of contacted the Better business bureau I returned a car battery jumper two times both times they gave me a product That Won't charge that defeats the purpose.... Hello piece of junk they ignored me when I contacted them... DONT Buy... I'm just going to put it on the door step... If they want to make it right I'll change my review... Unlikely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
