They are very professional. The staff was kind and forthcoming. I recommend you bring the children and yourselves will take most insurance plans and even finance. They have a great selection of glasses and Eye contacts

Dr Allison Beffler is kind and amazing! All of the staff here are helpful and flexible - they worked with my insurance issue and have great deals on glasses and contacts.

If I could give a negative stars I would, worst experience with an vision center I ever had. I got my eye tested and they gave me contacts that were totally wrong and then tried to convince me otherwise even though I couldn't even read the bathroom sign at the end of the hall. So much for the customer always being right.

This is the first time I m doing my eye exam. Dr Hang Nguyen really nice and she explain to me about everything and asked me if I have a question. And also the lady name Vera is really nice, patience and helpful to me. Also help my mom to tighten her glasses. You should give it try!

New World Vision is the best place to take yourself or your child if you need glasses. I have been coming here for service for the last 6 years and have never ever been disappointed. Even when the system showed problems with insurance they made sure my child had their glasses for school and worked diligently to fix the problem. I would refer anybody that needs glasses to New World Vision on Washington Ave. Free parking, wonderful customer service and excellent Doctors that would treat you with awesome care.

They are very nice and efficient. My appointment went quickly, I didn't have to wait a long period if time to be seen. The doctor was very efficent.She explained to me what was going on with my eyes in a way that I could understand.They have a good selection of glasses to choose from and at the end of my appointment they gave me supplies to properly care for my glasses. Great place and I would reccomend to anyone!

My family and I have been going to New World Vision since I was a kid. It is a family-oriented and great eye care center. From my siblings and I getting a decade worth of contacts, glasses, and eye/vision test we have never complained about the service. The eye test are simple and straight forward. I have never had a problem and my prescription has always been perfect. The staff are all very helpful and a great language liaison between my parents and I. They have my orders prepared and ready in a timely manner. I have no complaints. I am and will be continuing my patient eye-care at New World Vision.

My best place to shopping an eye glasses for many years. This office always took me as I walk-in and my eye exam was quick and very thoroughly. All of the staffs are very well trained and helped me what I need. The manager is very helpful training my contact fitting which I was hesitated to get it for couple years. I will strongly recommend for anyone need eyeglasses or contact lens.

I'm a real picky and hard to please a guy (ask my ex wives). I've been going to New World Vision Center since 2004 and have since purchased seven pairs of prescription glasses from them. The service and convenience of this place is amazing. I've always been able to walk in on a whim and be serviced immediately. They always seem to have an optometrist on duty to quickly and thoroughly, examine my vision. The staff is low-key and extremely helpful and accommodating. In two instances, where I was being fussy and wasn't hundred percent satisfied with my progressive lenses, they quickly, and without objection, re-examined me and made the lens is perfect. The selection and styles of frames are very good; the prices are probably on the lower side of average; in the parking is ample. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I don't think I could have asked for better service

Worst experience, buyer beware! Went there for convenience cause the place is a block from my house. The doctor scammed me into buying some drops I didn't need. Then the lenses... Horrible! Same experience as another post. Lenses are cheaply made and when worn will make you dizzy! Took the first pair back, had them recheck my script, made them get me a second set of lenses, still awful and the lenses still make me dizzy and nauseous ( even though they now have the "correct" script). Terrible experience, will never go back there again (unless it's to tell them how terrible their glasses are or to let them know that I'm filling a claim against them)! P.s. lenses are thicker around the edges, which causes the distortion around the edges to be significant, and thus the dizziness and naustia. Save yourself the time and trouble, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
