All the doctors are very nice here. Esp doctor trung or chung. Shes great with kids. My 5 year old daughter loved seeing her.

The appointment was great and every staff was nice and full of wisdom about glasses. Ling was the best, she speaks multiple languages and knows her stuff. She was of great assistance with helping me pick my frames and knowledgeable with the lens type beat for me. I will be back and continue to look for her for my glasses service for years to come!

Great service!!! Highly recommended they take Medicaid and virtually every insurance. I just found me new eye doctor for all my needs. They offer same day expedited services and you can leave with your new prescription in 20 minutes. It's a great option for anyone that needs same day service in order to see correctly.

Everyone was wonderful! I have a child with special needs and they made every effort to accommodate him during his vision screening. The customer service was excellent and the office was clean and everyone was very informative. We will be using them for all future vision appointment from now on

Worst retail experience of my life! ~Manager changed price from 119 to 149 (how easy to change a 1 to a 4) ~Tried his very hardest to get me to accept the thickest, cheapest lenses with the wrong prescription and wrong material. He said: "You wear a couple of days..you get used to it" ( Yes, It will take a couple of days to get used to worse vision) ~Brought in my own sunglasses with polarized, mirrored lenses..very expensive. Which he stole the lenses from me. He said: "I don't know what lenses your talking about, Your sunglasses had no lenses" Final Thought: The manager at New World Vision is a terrible liar and a thief. Never go there! He'll more than likely rip you off too! A business model based on ripping people off.... Pathetic! ~No Stars~

I paid a lot of money for a very expensive frame, I was expecting to have my glasses as I requested and paid for, they think I don't know that my lenses don't have the air coding, and many features I paid for. Compared to the pair of glasses I already have I can tell the difference, and on top of that I waited for like a month to get my order completed. I'm never going back to this place, customer service is good, but they should check the orders before they handed in to the customers.

New World Eye Care is phenomenal! I lost my glasses and was desperate for a new pair, and they got me in for an appointment the same day. I even was able to walk out with glasses made! Everyone was super friendly too. The one drawback is that their selection of glasses, especially their "basic frames," was pretty outdated. It took me a long time to find a pair that I could feel comfortable in. That said, they definitely do have a bunch of options and I loved my experience there.

The appointment at the center is accurate and they offer promos off the glasses.

Messed up my prescription for contacts. Asked me what my prescription was rather than checking my eyes - even though they were checking the prescription of my glasses in the same appointment. The two prescriptions are different now and I can't see with my contacts but see great with glasses - does not make any sense. They said I'd be getting a year's supply of contacts for the price quoted (which is what I asked them to order), showed up when they said the order was in and they only had 6 months worth for the same price - a price that was close to what it was going to be to order a full year online. Will not return.

I ve been coming here for years and this is the best place to get your eye wear in the city. The people here are very nice and patient with you so you feel more comfortable when you are visiting. I came in as a walk in and I was seen as soon there was an availability. They also accept many types of insurances which is nice because most places do not take my insurance. Such a family oriented place I would recommend and come back here.

I made an appointment, took my grandfather there for an eye exam. At first they said they'd accept his insurance, then they said they'd charge the money for an eye exam. But that's not the problem, the problem is that they let other people, who came after us to get their eye exam done first. And we were waiting for like an hour in their store. Horrible service!!

really pleased with my experience here for an eye exam. first time there on saturday. very professional doctor (no guilt trips for me not having an eye exam in the past four years), my glasses arrived faster than they estimated (three business days later!), staff is extremely nice and attentive, and overall the amount of time you spend there for an appointment is a million times faster than any other place i've been to. highly recommended. oh yeah, and ask for a copy of your prescription after your exam and they will give it to you.

The eye doctor and process was fast and quick. The manager whom talks about the lenses, is a total prick who kept trying to persuade me for cool features to enjoy my glasses. It's pathetic. I felt scammed and my mother who also paid for the glasses. I felt bad she had to paid $209 for the glasses. I'll come back here if I have problems, but the manager better get a better business model when selling. I felt scammed for some odd reason.

The high quality customer service is what I like the most. Lym goes the extra mile every time with our insurance company to make sure my child's specialized eyeglass prescription is covered. And the doctor is so good with kids. She not only gets the best eyeglass prescription strength, she also adds in features to help their eyes not to worsen as much over time. I did not know it was even possible to do that. This is South Philly's best eye care office, hands down.

The gentlemen who helped my father and I was very accommodating and friendly. He reassured us and made us feel as secure with our choice as possible. Gave us the break down and was very patient with us. He was professional and polite. I like this place above the all the places I went before. The Doctor Nguyen took his time exam my eye and tell me a lot about my eye that no other doctors told me. The reception and sale man are very friendly and educated me any step that i made a purchased. I m very surprised when I know there are so many different progressive lenses out there and they're able to show me before I made a decision. I definitely come here when I need another pair glasses.
