Wasted 3 days trying to get accommodation, they failed to ring us back 3 times. I've since found out that they lied about the university taking control of the house I had been looking into. Terrible service and im back to square one.

Moved in September - nice big room close to uni. fast wifi, made some great friends here, they matched me well with current house mates. Staff where helpful even picked me up from the station. I would recommend them to anyone especially if you are international - they look after you

The landlords have been great!
All the issues I ve had or any problems I ve had in the house has be resolved very quickly. The house is in a great location and the interior is very nice. Would definitely recommend it to a friend

Lived with unicom while I was at uni. Had absolutely no issues. All the staff are very friendly and and niggles with appliances were fixed quickly and well. If there are any issues It is easy to contact them. Their rates are good and they have a great range of houses

The staff at Unicom property are very helpful and polite when dealing with problems my self and my house mates had. We recently had a leak and someone was there within the hour to repair it. Any further problems we have had it has always been sorted on the day reported.

Was very happy with Unicom for my final year at the university. The bedroom/house was fully furnished and ready for us when we got there. My self and my housemates haven't had any faults and would 100% recommend to any students thinking of housing with Unicom property!

My self and the lads have been with Unicom for the last 2 years and have just resigned for next acc too. Staff are very nice and cant do enough for you. Repairs are great, we have had a couple over the period of being in this house and they have been fixed on the day reported.
