They're polite and friendly but it doesn't go anything further besides that. They're incompetence to provide the minimal requirements is ridiculous. We've had issues this year regarding our appliances shower, fridge and freezers, rodents (mice were in the house when we originally arrived) and most frustrating terrible internet.

The shower has broken down numerous times and left tenants without access for upwards of three days.

The freezers and fridges overheat and leak, multiple times the food as unfortunately gone by it's due date.

Mice were found in the downstairs bedroom, it took a few days to remove them.

The internet - For someone who uses the internet in excess of 4 hours on a daily basis I've had to avoid specific activities as the internet would simply increase to 1000+ ping and drop below 1 mb/s download speeds; even when nobody is downloading. While at University I compete in a esports league and have been unable to play alongside my team mates in numerous games preventing bare minimum gaming.

For myself Internet was the main priority when choosing accomodation and if you have similar interests stay far away from Unicom. I strongly wouldn't recommend, stay far away from Unicom; or you'll regret it.
