They are very disorganised. When we went to get the keys, they said everything is okay on the phone then said no someone hasn t paid on the same day when we arrived in Hull.

They charged all of us rent because someone left the house early and said the guarantor didn t respond, so I guess all you have to do is ignore them to get out of rent. They still email us about views on our house even though we moved out last year. And of course, they are lax with repairs, leaky ceilings and you can t control the heating, it s controlled by them.
