House was disgusting messy upon arrival, other (new) housemate had to argue for cleaners to come in

During summer HUNDREDS of ants coming from break in the kitchen wall. when complained all that was done was the wall being re patched and white powder thrown everywhere (making the kitchen a mess and uncomfortable to use)
complaints take VERY long time to be responded to, sometimes being ignored when calling or emailing (but very quick to ask for payment)
