Horrible customer service. I have never attacked anyone or have had an non constructive debate with someone on the app and yet mine was locked? They have yet to send any proof on the matter and now I just paid 2k for a marketing campaign that I cant even start

The head office of Twitter in SFO. I arrived there on a Sunday but could not enter because it was closed even though the door was open. I was already inside but was sent out almost immediately by the man behind the counter who first said nothing, and was also not allowed to take a picture of the large logo. Unfortunately

Very bad costumer service, actually NO costumer service at all, No reply when calling the centre and no action taken via email. Am locked out and couldn't in anyway login, reported so many times till now about the issue. I have been trying to login to my account since yesterday, by using the backup code, but not working. And tried another method which is the authentication code as a text message, but nothing!! VERY BAD

The building is going through a few renovations, so they are making it even nicer and more beautifully designed! I ve been a few times for lunch and it s always excellent, creative, tasty, and healthy, so I really appreciate visiting. Also, the eating area is a nice open space with lots of tables and communal areas. They have two major cafes, a juice bar, a barista that you have to pay a little bit for, and beautiful outdoor seating areas. And my friends who work here, really seem to enjoy the life at Twitter!

My account has been blocked for more than 15 days claiming that I am under 13 years of age. I already sent a photo of my identity and the driver's license and my problem has not been solved yet. This account is very important for me, I have contact with family, friends, work and I can not lose it! Solve this problem for me, please!

The one star rating is based on Twitter's customer service WALL. I tried getting someone to respond to me via their help center form since they have no other "support". The email I got two minutes later was clearly automated as it did not address my issue. When I phoned their HQ in SF, I got a short dial tree, one for customer support, which then said they "unfortunately don't offer phone support". The word unfortunate is for when people die or loose everything, not to pre-excuse a faulty corporation policy. If they don't answer their phone, the least they could do is provide a responsiveness to their users.

I can't delete my account and they do not have a phone support, the emails I sent (several) they don't even answer because they say is not associated with my account. I feel I have no rights of my own privacy. They say I have to contact the email provider. But I don't have this email for years. They don't find another way to verify if it is me. Someone help me I don't know what to do!

To answer the question as to the worst website on the Internet, it is Twitter! Yes, you can show me all sorts of unfathomably atrocious drek, but most truly bad websites are so bad, they're not even "bad" (because they are too obscure to qualify). Twitter, with its expansive reach, attains a new low in suckitude and I can explain why.

Twitter is right out of a cyberpunk dystopia. [As opposed to Idiocracy, represented by Urban Dictionary, Yahoo! Answers, Worldstar Hiphop... or, on the softer side, Wikipedia. Don't get me started on how Twitter dumbed down society with their arbitrarily low character limits, or rather, contributed to our "societal ADHD" at least.] They value the rights enumerated in the first amendment even less than the Chinese Communist Party does. They are, of course, free to set the limits of acceptable content on their platform, within reasonable bounds of course. The problem is that their "rules" are enforced completely arbitrarily.

I can go on ad nauseum about the hypocrisy of all the Silicon Valley shylocks. I have had my grievances with Amazon, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft, Wikia, Wikimedia, Yahoo! (which shouldn't even exist anymore! see: MySpace), yes even Google... But Twitter is downright evil. As much as I do not wish to echo the charge that Twitter is a Cultural Marxist organization, and I am not your "tinfoil hat" type, but I am convinced that Twitter is SPOOKED TO HIGHEST HELL! The corporation is in cahoots with the CIA, FBI, MI6, Mossad... whatever intelligence agencies! They are NOT to be trusted with your personal/private data and are probably preparing for the next LIHOP event as we speak.

A nice place to have lunch if you know one of the employees here. Three cafeterias to choose from on 9th and 10th floors, and a cafe with discounted drinks on the 5th. Have lunch outside on the 9th floor roof deck on a nice day. Two sets of men's and women's bathrooms on each floor, so if the closest bathroom's stalls are busy and you want to do your business in peace, there are plenty of other bathrooms to choose from.

I have visited friends who work there couple times. Its centrally located and beautiful from the inside. It also has a nice vibe, so if you can get a chance to go there some time, don't pass it up. They recently renovated the new building, so definitely worth a visit.

Dismal failure of a company with millions of users but zero ability at customer service or tech support for their bug-riddled business. Twitter is your typical tech company, staffed by socially-awkward geeks with poor human-contact skills, so they don't bother to provide any phone support, just their online "help pages" which of course are anything but. If you're lucky enough to find their ph. numbr online, know that x1103 goes to the dim-witted receptionist who is about as helpful as a broken clock, with a flakey clueless personality to boot. Since the company's extensions are 4 digits, try going in order (1104, 1105, 1202, 1250, etc) until you reach someone who maybe can help you. Because at Twitter, their poor excuse for customer "service" (sic) reveals how massively incompetent and frustratingly apathetic this company really is.

I am apparently suspended but get no communication from Twitter via ANY means, cannot send support message via DM as it will not send, cannot get a person on the phone. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Now I cannot get to the site, get no response and have no answers. Half assed way to run a business .... Is ANYONE able to contact these people but the Whitehouse or liberals? You do have my phone number and a call would be appreciated.......
