If you're lucky enough to find their ph. numbr online, know that x1103 goes to the dim-witted receptionist who is about as helpful as a broken clock, with a flakey clueless personality to boot. Since the company's extensions are 4 digits, try going in order (1104, 1105, 1202, 1250, etc) until you reach someone who maybe can help you. Because at Twitter, their poor excuse for customer "service" (sic) reveals how massively incompetent and frustratingly apathetic this company really is.
