I've had my loan for almost 2 years. Extra payments for Principal are never posted correctly. NO ONE ever answers the phone. NO ONE ever responds to website messages. I will have this paid off in less than 2 years and will NEVER deal with this company again!
Can't get a hold of anyone. Make them call you by miss payment. The only payment they report often are missed payment. Last three months of on time payment has gone unreported to the credit bureau.
