I used these guys when I bought in Arizona. It was pretty good thanks to the park lady that helped with closing. However, I have another home in Utah and I have put in 2 apps and called 23 times just to have it ring endlessly. What is going on Triad???? Answer your phone so you can do buisness like this company was made to do. Now because of this I have to go through 21st Mortgage which are being g ridiculous and unprofessional. I have good credit and paid of triad for my previous home. I have a nice junk to put down and this is beyond ridiculous
