Good luck getting hold of these guys. If you plan on calling Triad, grab some popcorn, kick off your boots, and put on a movie, because you're going to be on hold for anywhere from fifteen minutes to an hour and a half. There's no exaggeration. Nearly every time I call, I'm on hold for about an hour. I'm almost certain they have only one person taking calls for the entire company.
