Ive been trying to contact these people for 2 week...

Ive been trying to contact these people for 2 weeks straight. NO ONE answers phone EVER and they do not respond to emails. They advertise 4 to 5 weeks from app to close yet they havent contacted me in 2 weeks. They sent an approval notice and that is first and last time I heard out of them. Are they still in business? On their way out? I have no clue but this is unacceptable. I dont want to change lenders however I may not have a choice. Hoping this improves soon...if so, I will edit this review. Very displeased thus far.
