Worst company to deal with !!! Julie is the worst rep to ever talk to she can careless about your situation and won t transfer you to the correct person to help you with !!! So disappointed in this company wished I d never got to deal with them.. Julie doesn t understand that there s a lot of people facing hardship and not because we don t want to pay she can careless on what you re going through !! She just doesn t care !! I wish she would transfer me to a supervisor or someone superior then her !!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO LOOK ELSE WHERE ! They take forever to answer impossible to reach someone and when you do they have an attitude and hang up after you say why the attitude I m a customer !!!
