The Funplex offers a good selection of indoor and outdoor rides, water rides, laser tag, go karts, carnival games, mini golf, and arcade without being overwhelming in size. Somehow they've packed all these activities into a smallish space without making it feel cramped.

The kid loved it, lots of games and little rides for him to run around like mad playing games. For me... Honestly it was so expensive to get tickets and the whole place was warm and smelled a bit like a dirty diaper. I know that's just because kids smell sometimes but woof.

Also, you apparently use a card now to pay for everything. It's convenient but really easy for the kids to just swipe, swipe, swipe out of credits! Also, wow don't get me started on the crane game. What a scam, man.

Overall it's like a carnival. Smells weird, kids love it, adults hate losing all their money to overpriced games, food and rides.

I really really like the place and it is so much fun for me and even my dad (well not the prices). I do think that you spend way to much money there for cheap plastic toys and to get a big prize you need to have so many tickets you would be there for years trying to get a little TV. But I like the place.

A bit expensive on weekends and holidays, but the unlimited indoor option is worth it. Laser tag, go carts, bumper cars and bowling highlight the variety Funplex has to offer. Great for kids, teens and adults to bond and enjoy a boardwalk-like experience - no matter the season.

This play was the most exciting place that I had my daughter's birthday party at... they have reasonable pricing they work with you the only thing what my birthday package was I got three rides and then the waterpark all day and they did Rush you from ride to ride to ride so that was a little like but then everybody ate we sang and we was in the water park the rest of the day until they close so for a 7-hour birthday party you cannot beat it and the only thing that sucks was they was looking for rain all day and thank GOD it did not rain... I definitely would go here again I would recommend anybody to have their birthday party there it is amazing it seems very clean and everybody was very helpful and this place is huge the only thing...

#thefunplex But one thing I can say because it is a water park and a lot of people who are going on the outside rides especially the roller coaster that take it in mind mostly every female and some males have on flip-flops there for the group is not too sturdy they need to put something down mats or something on the steps and where you wait and get off because when I got off of the roller coaster I fell so hard because my flip flop it's slipped and I busted my ass badly they did not even make a big deal about it and I do not want to ruin my daughter's party so I just let it go but Funplex if you are reading this you need to put Max down on all the stairs and waiting area to get on and off of the rides because that silver slippery stuff will make not only me but a lot of other people fall and it is not safe.... #thefunplex

The water park was so much fun! Sadly, it started to rain so we changed into dry clothes and went indoors. We probably had more fun inside, I have 2 kids ages 5 and 11. There was plenty of things to do indoors for the both of them. I would recommend your child be at least 36' tall since most of the fun stuff was for kids at least that tall. I don't have a bad thing to say about the place, we all had such a great day! Can't wait to go back!

I have multiple reasons I believe this place needs some attention:
-The staff, almost all of them, were inattentive and rude. Each employee I interacted with rarely looked you in the eye, gave monosyllabic, useless answers, and showed obvious disdain that you were bothering them. Their attitude truly ruined the experience.
- why do you charge for little kids when you have absolutely nothing for 3 year olds? The were no kid rides, the pools were too deep and the splash area too treacherous for a 3 year old. We paid admission so my 3 year old can watch. At least there was the ball room.
- Basically, the all access tickets were expensive and truly not worth it. They could have thrown in some arcade games to give some incentive.

I VERY RARELY give a LOW rating!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED The Funplex but giving them a low rating because they have NO SPECIAL accommodations for KIDS and/or others with disabilities !!!!! OUR Little Chef SUMMER wanted to ride, and could only handle riding the smaller bumper cars because of her disability but was turned away because she was taller than the sign !!!! We were told that only OUR Little Chef RJ could ride !!! Chef SUMMER and Chef RJ were the ONLY kids waiting to ride ! The manager came out and said he could not make ANY exceptions to the rules and she would have to ride the bumper cars for the bigger kids !! Sooo Chef SUMMER waited patiently on the side lines with her walker while her brother and Sous Chef rode the bumper car !!!!! Also, I mentioned to the manager that I saw another child with a walker and there was no way that little Cutie Pie would be able to ride the bigger bumper cars either !!!!

This is the first venue that I have been too that does NOT have SPECIAL accommodations for those with DISABILITIES especially KIDS !!! NOT COOL at ALL !!!!

Point is..... if YOU or SOMEONE YOU know has a person with a disability I would DEFINITELY recommend thinking twice before taking them to The Funplex because Chef SUMMER NEVER got a chance to ride the bumper cars because she can only handle the smaller bumper cars since her surgery and driving requires her right foot which she does not have !!!! Other than this major problem for kids and/or others with disabilities it s great for others! Chef RJ had a ball because he can do everything but his Sister is limited for now !!!!

I sure hope The Funplex get it all figured out and make it a Funplex experience for ALL!!!

Pricing is pretty reasonable. My son and his friend had a great time visiting. They loved everything there, esp the water slides and basketball water area. The workers were mostly friendly except the ignorant girl who was very rude and not to smart. Ordered 3 chocolate/vanilla cake cones girl makes every one wrong and then tries to short me on change. She then starts rolling her eyes at me when the other worker gives me my money that was still owed. Smh

Hands down... the best planned or last minute go to place for family fun. Wether the cost is irrelavent or your on a tight budget.. There is fun for everyone.. Rain or shine. If you go one time...you will return. Great for all day fun or just a couple hours. Can't beat it!

My first time there and it was lots of fun! I took 2 9yr old girls and they had a blast! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I paid for 3 Unlimited ride bands yet several rides were closed. They should announce what rides are operating each day on their website so that people visiting can decide if they'd rather buy an unlimited ticket or a ticket with a set amount of points on it. I definitely think I could have saved $40-$70 had I known it was a limited number of rides operating. Oh and I spend $12 on two icees and I think that is absolutely ABSURD!! Besides those 2 things though it was a GREAT time and we were one of the very few people in there so it was great for social distancing!
