We decided to take my little brother to funplex to celebrate his birthday. Big mistake. He was riding go-kart and at the end of the race the employee told everyone to hit the brakes to slow down. The kid in the go-kart behind him hit the gas instead of the brake slaming into my brother's car. My brother's chest hit the wheel and he was in pain afterwards. The employee whiteness the whole incident so we filled out an accident report with the manager, and he gave us their insurance card information. Fast-forward months later they claim we never filled out a report and the accident was my brother's fault for simply following the employee's instructions to slow down after the race. I will never give them another dollar
