Staff were super helpful, I was ordering a Freehub so they really helped double check the sizing and part number before ordering. Also it was delivered much earlier than I expected - great service, will definitely use again.

Be VERY CAREFUL OF THESE BOGUS REVIEWS.... They were left by people who own the place. I ordered a bike off these people and paid for it and they never sent it because the free shipping they offered was inconvenient....

In my search for a Whyte 905 V3 I can count myself very lucky that I found the Medium size that I wanted at Slane Cycles.

I phoned to confirm that it was in stock and subsequently purchased it online. The following day I called to revise my email address and struck up a lovely conversation with Paul and instantly felt comfortable with my choice of supplier.

Four days after ordering the bike (including the weekend) it is now in my possession, built and ready to ride.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with you guys, I will be using you again and I would 100% recommend you to all my fellow riders. Thanks again Paul

Really disappointed with this company.
Brought an Edco-Mono block cassette off this guys which has failed within 12 months of purchase.
Rang up for some advice and spoke to"Drew" who assured me a mechanic would ring me back.
Yes you guessed it no phone call back !!

I've had my bike serviced regular and had 2 chains fitted since cassette fitted .
Be careful when purchasing from this shop as they don't won't to know when things go wrong.
This probably won't get posted on there website as all reviews seem to be 5 stars !!

Purchased a brand new Bianchi from Slanes but unfortunately this developed a fault, I was a little concerned as I don't live in their area but no fear they were fantastic,nothing was to much trouble,I would highly recommend them,I will certainly buy my next bike from them.

Went down to this store with the hope of buying my first roadbike. As soon as I spoke to the fella in the store he assumed I was down for a budget bike or a cheap hybrid worth 200 to 400 pound. I informed him I was down for a road bike, yet again he jumped the gun by saying that they go for 600+. Anyway I showed him the bike I was interested in and he brought it out to show me, I asked what the brand was like and what the reviews were off the bike. He gave me another sneering comment that it was the cheapest bike they have and that he has bikes up to 10k. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had, from any business. I'm even finding it difficult to put in words how bad it was. If you're in the market for a bike and need any assistance at all, I suggest you go elsewhere. This guy was practically sneering at me throughout our interaction. I'll never be back and would actually be willing to pay more elsewhere for the bike, to avoid dealing with someone like that.

Ordered a garmin vivoactive 4s smart watch on 28/08/20 and the website said next day delivery (I was desperate for it to be here before the end of the month). Rung the shop and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who advised it would definitely be here next day as I was a bit sceptical as no where else in the UK could promise this delivery time for this product. This morning (29/08/20) its arrived. Exceptional service from this company, definitely use.

More than happy with my purchase and service from Slane cycles ordered my Garmin 830 on Saturday and received it Tuesday by royal mail special delivery and it was the cheapest around... would I use them again? Stupid not too.

The light I ordered was initially out of stock, however I received an email immediately explaining that although it was out of stock it was due in within a couple of days. The communication was great and the light was delivered within a week.

Outstanding service! I got what I bought quickly, had a few queries which got resolved quickly and easily. Can't ask for more from a seller.

Great service. I must admit I was initially a little wary of the website because of it's presentation, but I needn't have worried. Super quick dispatch and super quick delivery by Royal Mail as well, which is often a deal clincher for me as so many other couriers are the weak link in the chain.
Slane Cycles is most definitely on my preferred suppliers list.

Bought some Garmin Vector Pedals online last May. The pedals have caused me lots of problems and Garmin were not very helpful. Not Slane's fault. Spoke to Andy at Slane today and was offered a no quibble full refund. What a great service. Will definitely use them again. Thanks

Great big shop which has everything a sports person could want. Lots of products with a price range to suit most. Staff are friendly, helpful and are more than willing to give advice if required.

They sent the wrong part, it was probably only one part number off, but luckily the refunded the return delivery quickly and sent me the new part within a couple of days, pretty good service. And the part is OEM and still working 8 months down the line.
