I come here every single day and am treated like family. They will even help me unload from my car if I have a lot of packages. More than that, no customer ever has a long wait. I am completely satisfied with this UPS. Much better than others

Won't pass up a chance to overcharge you. That rates are posted nowhere in the store should tell you something. If you must use these guys, check UPS on the web first so you know the approximite shipping cost for the type of delivery you want.

I went to this location after having a terrible ex...

I went to this location after having a terrible experience at another location where I ended up walking out with my package. The experience here was like night and day. They took excellent care of me, quick and excellent customer service. Was definitely worth driving the few extra miles.
