I had a dozen genealogy reports totaling over three hundred pages in all copied and digitized. This UPS store crew were so courteous and professional. They really took care of me. It's good to know that customer service is still a priority in today's busy life style. I will definitely be a return customer.

This is actually not a UPS store -- at least that's what they seemed to tell me. I had my package sent to this store for pickup, as it was the closest outlet. I received a call from the store asking me why I did that instead of having it directly delivered to my home address (I had my reasons). And they charged me $10 to pick up my package for which I already paid a heavy shipping fee online. It is unclear who pockets this money. Perhaps they were just following standard procedures but I would not choose this store again for UPS-related stuff.

This review is a long one, but I can assure you guys it'll be worth your time. I had to make 2 shipments of about 40-60 packages to homes. I initially wanted to try USPS because I knew it would be cheaper. The package requirements were that I needed to have a tracking number for each package that I would then provide to each person that the package was being sent to. USPS told me that they could not provide me with the address in the tracking number. Only city and zip code. Well, this is useless if you're sending multiple packages to the same city and zip code, which was no good. In addition to that, I had to write out the addresses, which ate about 1-2 hours of my time. I went to this UPS and the guy helped me effortlessly. He provided me with specific tracking numbers, and email confirmations for each and every package. Which made forwarding tracking numbers even easier. For my second shipment, UPS was a no brainier. This time, I created a spreadsheet of names, and addresses. I forwarded the spreadsheet to the UPS guy, and he took care of it. Shipping has never been this easy. I am never going to USPS again, and in terms of pricing, each package here was 1-2 dollars more expensive than USPS, but I can definitely say it's worth it. Excellent customer service. The representative reached out to me everytime an error occurred due to my sloppy handwriting. I don't blame him. This is why creating a spreadsheet was a perfect solution for us both.
P.S. I also waited 45 minutes in line at the USPS, and less than 5 at the UPS store.
Update: So after my second, mass package drop off, there was a bit of confusion with one package. It was accidentally sent to the wrong person, which wasn't a big deal. We had the package sent to the correct person from there. However, in one of the packages I accidentally omitted the apartment number, and the package was returned to the UPS store due to lack of address information. I spoke with the UPS representative, and they informed me that I had to pay to ship it out again. I reminded the representative that, although it was my fault for forgetting the apartment number, they did send out a package to the wrong address. The representative was very reasonable, spoke to his manager, and waved the shipping fee due to their first initial error, which covered my error. Some of the best customer service available.

Horrible and rude, UPS should really think about revoking these people's franchise. not to mention SLIMY, I was shipping a computer part and was alreay pretty secure in it's original packaging, these folks insist on repackaging it to almost twice the weight with a much bigger box. causing me to spend a lot more money to ship.

Can I put half star or no star? Very rude manager, associate cannot explain to me why I cannot change the delivery address of an unused and paid return label, he asked the "Manager" to explain to me. The first word of the manager when he showed up, reluctantly, was, "What do you want?" Ooops, very bad beginning. He said that the label can expire if unused and it is "clearly" stated in UPS' rule. I asked where the rule is and he said "You can check the website" and it is not his fault that I did not bring it in one month ago to change the delivery address and told me, even so, I would had to pay for the change as well. He wanted to call UPS' customer service and I did not have time to wait for an "available agent" so I chose to lost the money I already paid, not much, 20 dollars but the UNSERVICE made you feel like you have lost several grands. FedEx in the future only.

Very bad service. They take too long to ship out my shipment that I needed to ship out right away. We dropped the package on Friday before 1pm and it s still in there office on the following Monday afternoon.
This is such poor service that UPS company should take notice about their dealer s bad service.

Beware this location, especially with any USPS package.
I dropped the USPS priority to this location few months ago; I even paid right there for them to print the label for me. They never sent to USPS pick up. They don't provide the scan to acknowledge that they receive it, so there is no way you track it.
My package worth over $300 just vanished, even though I paid priority and insurance but can't claim with USPS since nothing shown in their system.
No business ethical at all.

The manager and employees are very attentive and considerate. They didn t charge me to fax one paper because I waited a long time and didn t have an attitude about it. Sometimes it s about the customers cooperating with the business in order to get things done right and make everyone happy. I will always go here now.

Inexperienced notary staff. Had to go somewhere else just to get a simple document notarized.

In reference to the owners review:

Sir, you or your employee had clearly seemed to be not interested in notarizing my document and made numerous attempts to find a reason not to. For instance, he questioned the quality of the paper used for my photo in addition to several other factors that were essentially irrelevant. Yes, the affidavit was part of a larger document. However, like I explained, the affidavit was a statement that required notary signature and had no reference to the other pages of the document. I provided the unfilled document for reference. Moreover, the document had already been submitted to the responsible agency and the agency had requested to be resubmitted due to needing a more recent date. They did not ask for me to resubmit the remainder of the document and neither should you. I went to another UPS store and it was notarized without hassle. Like I said, it clearly seems that there was no interest in notarizing my document. You can make up whatever excuse you need to but it should have been a straightforward action that required less than 2minutes of time. The premise of potential "legal trouble" applies to any notarized document. Either you should seek additional training or stop advertising that you provide services that you do not. Regardless it was poor service and my review reflects as such, hopefully others will find it helpful.

Extraordinary customer service by Pragnesh. I am new to the city lost my way, thanks to the google maps and I was driving in circles for an hour. I admit I was a bit baffled and irritated when I reached the store to do an Amazon return.
When I showed the label to Pragnesh he said please come back this is a shipping label can t be scanned.
I hadn t paid attention to that I complained about my drive. He said Ok I d help you email this to me I d print it.
Then my battery dies so he arranges for a charger meanwhile gave me access to internet in office computer to send him the label. Of course I didn t remember the password.
I left saying I d come later but forgot my package at the store . Yes I know
When I realized I called and asked to speak to Pragnesh only. He agreed to send it to amazon once I email him the label. He did this after hours.
I can t expect this level of care and help anywhere else.

If I could I would give zero stars. UPS lost a very important package sent December 22 to Cibolo, Tx (just northeast of San Antonio). Tracking showed it made it to San Antonio on December 26th. Then it vanished. On January 2nd I called this store (Kensington Drive in Sugar Land) and was told they were too busy to talk to me but would call back. I went on line and started the lost package claim procedure. The store did not call back. On the 5th I called again and was again told they were too busy to talk to me and would call back. On January 8th I went through the painful process of calling UPS and after being transferred five times with a minimin hold time of about 15 minutes each time, I got a supervisor. She was able to tell me the last time my package was physically scanned was at the Kensington Sugar Land Store. The bag my package was supposed to be in made it to San Antonio, but not my package. I called the Kensington store and relayed this information. They promised to check their survalence cameras and call me back. I never heard from them. Again. January 17th my package appeared in Dallas, was then sent to a Waco, then San Antonio where it was allegedly delivered late today. No thanks to the Kensington Store who were too busy to help after taking my money and losing my package. Horrible, uncaring people with whom to do business when things go wrong.

I went to this location after having a terrible experience at another location where I ended up walking out with my package. The experience here was like night and day. They took excellent care of me, quick and excellent customer service. Was definitely worth driving the few extra miles.
