If I could I would give zero stars. UPS lost a very important package sent December 22 to Cibolo, Tx (just northeast of San Antonio). Tracking showed it made it to San Antonio on December 26th. Then it vanished. On January 2nd I called this store (Kensington Drive in Sugar Land) and was told they were too busy to talk to me but would call back. I went on line and started the lost package claim procedure. The store did not call back. On the 5th I called again and was again told they were too busy to talk to me and would call back. On January 8th I went through the painful process of calling UPS and after being transferred five times with a minimin hold time of about 15 minutes each time, I got a supervisor. She was able to tell me the last time my package was physically scanned was at the Kensington Sugar Land Store. The bag my package was supposed to be in made it to San Antonio, but not my package. I called the Kensington store and relayed this information. They promised to check their survalence cameras and call me back. I never heard from them. Again. January 17th my package appeared in Dallas, was then sent to a Waco, then San Antonio where it was allegedly delivered late today. No thanks to the Kensington Store who were too busy to help after taking my money and losing my package. Horrible, uncaring people with whom to do business when things go wrong.
