Very 3rd class service. Never pick the call if you want to complain about something. Keeps the reciver a side you will always get a busy tone whenever you try to call them. Their technician are not available. Net doesn't work half of the time. Very poor quality of net as well as service.

Pathetic internet services. They take money for shifting connection to another place and the technicians don't turn up to start the services at the new place. Staff is rude as well. Not at all recommended. Bhandup services are worse. Cheap plans come at the cost of bad customer support

IF i have had a chance to rate below 0 or negative i would have done that. Pathetic people working here. No respect for customer's time, money or anything. They wont even receive your calls if they know the problem is from their end. Please think twice before opting for their services.

Bad Customer Service. No one in their office receives calls when Internet service is Down. Moreover we have been kept without internet for 3 to 4 days at a stretch even after paying for all 12 months in advance.
Would not suggest this company to any one.

Worst services ever. We pay for whole month and still the service gets disconnected often. We keep calling in landline number, Mobile numbers no one picksup the phone during the weekday. Weekend they are not working to resolve the issue. Not worth taking this service.
