Very poor service and don't respond to phone. Suggest to with others

Don't take broadband service from HNS I Pvt. Ltd. They are unprofessional and customer service executive are liar, they are giving false commitments to us.Overall the service is very bad, mostly the internet service is disconnected

Very very very bad network. I world rather give - (minus)1000 stars for the service they give. Don't fall for the trap, everyday atleast twice you may have to call the service provider for complaint about the network and every time they have the same answer we are looking into it

They dont give good service. They have lots of issue of the servor. I am using their net from past 3 yrs. Not so good experiecne.

Waste of resources. Personal advice not to go for Honesty. Customers have to remind them of their problem. They behave as though doing a favour on customers.

Broadband & Fibre net connection at affordable prices. But i have a issue with their customer service. So that's why I'll rate them 3 stars only.

They came today and disconnected the wire from their board. Use some other internet provider. I have 11 months remaining of a 1 year pack.

I am a five year old customer of Honesty Net. Now I have no complaints regarding the net. Also if there are any technical breakdowns they are corrected as soon as possible so I thank to Honesty net

Worst service, even calling number of time they don t pickup the call . And make the phone busy . In emergency you can t depend on them..

Bad customer service.you have to actually threaten them to provide you with internet access, even if you have paid yearly package.nobody picks up the calls, employees are lazy and ignorant and rude.

Customer care will never answer your call. Worst net service , plan to switch to jio. Digital content at lowest price. 15 days with out net ,tired of complaining customer team.

This 5* is just for attention I was using data pack of 25mbps and after a specific time the limited data of 300gb got used up and I guess the speed was decreased to 200kb hardly I could use gmail as pages weren't loading and after that i lodge a complaint that my speed has reduced drastically then the so called engineer of this company called me and told that i will get speed of 200kbps which is 2mbps according to the honesty net providers engineer dont know why they call themselves "engineers" if u dont know how much value of 1mb in kb As it is mentioned in the data pack that after using the given data u will get unlimited data of 2mbps In reality u guys aren't even worthy of 1* cuz ur services are shit af mostly ur customer care isnt available at any time when there is problem issued.

Worst network facility and bad customer services. I'm done with this services. No use of renewing this time. Trusted this services for past 6 years but now it's just providing worst services and bad internet facility. How many times your network services will be down in a month. This is really pathetic service. Calls are always kept on busy.

They are not even capable of one star. Worst service. No one picks up call. On Sunday's their office is closed and that day net is down so now whom to call and complain about it? No customer care service . Internet is very slow and most of the time down. I paid 5k for their yearly pack and now I'm regretting. Please don't buy / think of this internet provider better go for someone who is affordable and good service provider.

Not worth even a penny, customer care is pathetic. They will cut your call as they wish. They will open and close your support requests even if the issue is not resolved telling you that an engineer will visit. Total waste of time and zero delivery on services

There packages are good but there customer service is worst. It takes atleast 5 to 6 days just to resolve your issue. Each time you call the guy he will say he is coming but wont come atleast for 5 to 6 days to repair and resolve your net issue. Worst experience specially in this lockdown days wen every one is working from home these guys net goes down after every 2 days....

If they pick call then register fake complaint. Every time they told me we will send mechanic and no one came.its more than 2 days now .i have already told them about having work from home. Decently good plans. Great internet speed. Horrendous customer care and no steady phone number to reach them. Thankfully in my case, the office is near my home.

Worst experience ever no speed and all only commercial

It is the worst experience I have had. Every weekend we loose the internet connection. This time even during weekdays. The technician came and repaired it today and told that there won't be any issues and the same night again we lose the connection. And no one bothers answering the phone when we try calling for help. It is very frustrating.

Finally done with my 1 year pack , feeling blessed ki atlast inka ghatiyaa service khatam huyaa , will never take this service in my life , will never recommend to anyone, worst service ever nd internet speed fluctuate nd in 1 month almost 15 days your net will be off, waste of money This service deserve rating in minus below zero

Worst service ever... There was an issue for fibre wire and it took almost one month to resolve it.. Worst scenario ever.. Will suggest not to go with this service provider
