A good place to workout, need to update some of their equipment though. Spacoius

Antibac smells like Tequila, but does not taste like Tequila and you get really drunk from it.
The rest is good. Good appliances and friendly staff.

Like the center, but too old and worn treadmills. They should have been upgraded a long time ago.

Sats Spektrum is a fantastic gym but they have cut a few hours and changed a part of the New Year which makes it less attractive to me personally unfortunately. Those who work there are very nice and nice.

One of the best rate centers in Oslo city! Was refurbished in summer 2019

3 stars because I was there at spinning hour and there was so bad airing that I had to take several extra breaks due to overheating / low air. Otherwise, the center looked nice.

Nice center but gives the feeling of being locked in / basement and a bit worn.

Expect to be thrown away from the appliances that are not part of the group rooms because they have group time in the common area

Negative: Service on the machines / appliances goes very slowly. Bad opening hours.

Nice gym with most appliances and easy accessibility. Thorough cleaning and maintenance. Big minus there is no sauna. Only shower.

I have been in many gyms, but I never saw such thing - the TVs in the stepper and running area have no sound connection! The nice girl from the reception says, it has always been like this. So don't forget your own entertainment stuff planning cardio here. Otherwise you are damned to watch TV without sound. Embarrassing.

Needs a refurbishment. The wardrobes are ugly with dirty toilets.

A non-judgy place to work out. Friendly staff and good equipment. There is a punching bag that I like. The changing rooms could be a little cleaner but I'm not complaining. One of my favorite gyms to work out in.
