I didn't know anything about atms and they smoothed talked me into paying $14,000 for a atm I could of bought for $2,300.. now I'm involved with Nothern Leasing Systems WHICH IS THE WORST. and got a lawyer for a fraction of the cost to fight Alpine payment here I come.

The "representatives" are rude and beyond pushy...look "No & remove us from your list" actually means "NO & REMOVE US FROM YOUR LIST". Check their online review....it's pretty gross. Update from 3 months ago, rec'd calls last Friday & This morning. Reminded them we requested NO CALLS, super snotty Amber or whatever crayon she was named after legit says "Well that's not going to happen". So unprofessional, who would work with them???? **UPDATE** 8/9 Yup, you guessed it, they called AGAIN, twice this week!!! I've emailed the address they gave me in the "response", seriously this company is awful!

They reviewed my old merchant services which I had been paying much higher rates for years, my new rates are much lower and I couldn't be happier with the customer service. Any issue I've had has been resolved. They will meet with you personally and make the transition seamless. Highly recommend!

Valtek's sales people were honest, reliable and helpful. Alpine staff provided a great customer service and tech support experience. My experience with alpine was a very positive one until my sales rep was terminated with the company. Since then, I get no customer service. I ve heard a lot of things and Darrell Dirks is the man in charge right now and doing a very terrible job, many of the reps say he s horrible to work for, he s ran many of the critical people in charge out the door. Would not recommend as they seem to need to get better management! Do not believe the lies that there s new/better management! I miss the old alpine and can t wait till my contract is over so I may switch to a more competent processor.

I own a business and signed up with the company because I knew my grandson would take care of us, well I didn't know that he had severed ties with this company so when I tried to call the customer service department today I got no answer - I called him next and he explained the poor management team that is chasing everyone out of their office. I'm sadly in a contract and they have an ugly early termination fee, but if the customer service continues down this path then I will gladly pay to cancel the contract and go back to our bank.

She is so friendly and helpful and makes dealing with our issues a little less terrible. I know I can count on her to get things taken care of, or even to just explain something to me if I don't understand it.

The only time I got support was from my daughter Zareena, and now she is unable to assist with my account since Darrell Dirks fired her - top sales rep in the company and she was fired because she requested an HR meeting regarding her treatment within the company. The issues I have are the customer service dept saying they will look into issues and don t - I had to call first data directly with my daughter to get the terminal working , my funds keep getting held and instead of an email letting me know my funds are held - I have to call in to figure out what s going on, ask a million times how to get them released.

Dishonest and misleading. We had service with this company for 4 years. After that contracted time, we sent in a letter to cancel the service at the end of our agreed upon time.
Now STEALING money from our account for monthly fees for which we had cancelled 2 months ago. They even admit to receiving the letter, but rather than cancel, as asked, they decided to offer a different rate and still bill us.

They are so warm and fuzzy in the beginning until you sign it all. All old contracts are null and void, so if you have'n't signed a new one in the last few months, set yourself free! This company is the epitome of cloak and dagger. Do not let their friendly approach fool you. They prey on small businesses by offering free upgraded POS systems and slip an ATM lease in with it. They get large cash bonuses up front for signing the lease and you will be stuck with a nightmare of a POS and one off the most expensive 6 year lease contracts available. It has been 8 horrible months and I am still deep in this mess.

When i explained to the employee on the phone i am not interested her response was " I will call back later". She did not believe me when i said i was in charge. I dont suggest working with this company. There are much better more prominent and known payment processing companies out there and i suggest you go with somebody else. If there customer service reflects there work god help you! Today i called a manger and let them know i will be contacting my attorney if i receive another phone call. If I could give this company zero stars I would. Be prepared for an ill informed run around and binding you to loan companies to rent your equipment for outrageous markups. I strongly recommend that your business avoid signing any contract with Alpine Payment Systems. They grossly misrepresented the savings, provided equipment which failed often and because they require that you lease your equipment, bind you for 3-6 years of payment on equipment you may not be using that is disgustingly overpriced for old outdated terminal hardware for my credit card processing. In cohort with Time Payment and Ascentium Capital. Do not trust!
