Very long wait for small repairs, our rental had damages but we got what we came for, a working truck that keeps me with a job.

Great service.They got us in and out of there in a couple of hours.

We have been renting trucks from Ryder at this location for years. The rental department team always comes through when we need a truck(s) in advance or at the last minute. Crystal, Kayla, and Priscilla are always quick to help solve a problem if we have one. Thank You!

Called this morning to ask a few follow up questions after my step dad called a couple days ago. He had a weird request and I was trying to get some information so we could decide if using Ryder was a feasible option. When I called, I asked for Crystal, who my step dad had already spoken to & while trying to explain the request she interrupted me at least 5 times - I couldn t get a word in! From what it sounded like she was saying, there must have been a misunderstanding with what my stepdad asked for and it was almost like she wasn t even interested in what we were even asking and her insinuation was that he was a liar - which is super rude & unprofessional. As a business owner myself, I can t imagine ever speaking to someone the way she did and even if this weird request were feasible with Ryder, I d pay triple to use a company with better customer service. From reading the reviews, perhaps I m the only one with this experience, but I know that I d never use them for anything.

The worse experience ever.
They ask you to fill out the driver's vehicle report, but they do not know how to read, because the never fixed my rental truck correctly.
Rediculousness.

Crystal salgado from the Rancho Dominguez office is the BEST. she doesnt hesitate to help in anyway she can. I work for Ace Relocation System of long beach Ca and the ryder in Rancho Dominguez is my #1 truck rental option i use thanks to Crystal and here kindness and determination to always help me and my drivers out in our time of need.

I swear everybody working at this place is incompetent, I took pictures of the laziest mechanics ever! I know they get pay by the hour but seriously!?
Outdated equipment, very unprofessional staff, and also very rude!
Liars too! They tell you the equipment is ready and when you get there they make you wait for hours!
I already told my company NOT to send me there again, if they do, I will simply quit!
I have no time, nor tolerance to be dealing with people that don't do things right.
Please drivers, do yourselves a favor and avoid this garbage company.

We are a dance company in Gardena and we always come here for trucks to move our costumes to theaters, multiple times a year, year after year. Everyone here has always been helpful. Crystal came through for us when we forgot to change our rental day. She was able to get us a truck that day. We would have been in quite a mess had she not been so helpful.

Once again Ryder comes through for me. I cannot say enough about Crystal and how helpful she always is to me. She always has a smile and goes above and beyond to accommodate my rental needs... even on the same day... with only a couple hours notice. Have used other truck rental vendors in the past in order to save some money. .. but none of them are as customer oriented as Ryder I have the best experience with Ryder.

Crystal is the best rental agent I deal with across the nation. She is always accommodating my emergency requests. She goes out of her way to make sure our experience using Ryder rentals is above all others! The service department is always top notch as well! Well done Ryder!!

One of the best locations in US. The stuff (Adriana, Eduardo)is friendly, on point and most of all there is a team work, the right hand knows what the left hand is doing.

Everyone here was super nice to me. Took 2 days to fix my truck but it was a Saturday evening and they're closed Sunday. Just my luck. They could really use a driver lounge. Sitting in the nasty employee lunch room for 3 hours was not pleasant!
