WORST OF WORST,I just last 30 minutes with preferred for real,after the sale rep left my house,I called customer service due I had a doubt,that dumb nasty Mr T wanna be wos so nasty And unprofessional he got me with guard down,otherwise he will whinnying like a litle goofy with my respond on his lack of education and poor customer service toward the ones that pay his salary,regarding Sales Rep Wilma Villalba be more honest and expecific with what you represent like Preferred Care,one thing while at my house and when I called right after you left the MR T wanna be told me something else,be hones,honesty is free and will recommend others to contact you,for your honesty and dedication to your customers.

I'm a member of Preferred Care Partners in Broward...

I'm a member of Preferred Care Partners in Broward County. Why do I only get a $25 allowance once every 3 months for over the counter meds when Dade County members get
a $50 allowance EVERY MONTH for over the counter meds? And we pay the same amount as they do for the supposedly the same coverage. Plus Dade members can see doctors and go to hospitals in both counties when Broward members can only stay in Broward . SOOOO UNFAIR!

The transportation company never showed up to pick up the patient for their appointment with the Dr. and they only answered: "See then when you want the next appointment, we are all wrong" But she has an idea how long to wait at these times for an appointment with the Dr. and the patient with a stroke "

This company is not honest about buisness practice...

This company is not honest about buisness practices and misrepresents themseleves to the consumer. They dont have accurate records, they dont even know who they have Doctor coverage for. They will tell you that the Doctor list is correct and believe me its Not. This is in my opinion a mistake to have in your wallet!!! The run around is impossiable no one seems to have correct info when requested. They will send you to Doctors that dont take their insurance and lie and say they do.
Biggest mistake ever!!!

I've been with Preferred Care Partners since 2013 ...

I've been with Preferred Care Partners since 2013 when I lived in Broward County & Now in Miami-Dade County I don't know where the ball have dropped but the Service has gone down and they really don't seem to care. I really rely on Transportation to & from my Dr's Appointments and these Companies whom they Contract with Blatantly Lie and say that they picked you up or Called you and got No answer, so in the meantime you stuck with No transportation to your Appointment. This is Unacceptable!!! We are the Members whom you rely on for your Salaries without us you wouldn't have a business. I've noticed here in Miami that alot of the Drivers are Spanish and that's not a problem until the favoritism starts to come into the situation. I've shared a ride with a few passenger's that seems to feel the same way as I that Spanish people get picked in a timely manner as a pose to Non Spanish people. There is alot of this going on and it's IN YOUR FACE. I was told today after my Transportation service refused to send me another car because they Blatantly lied about my pick up & then the Supervisor at Preferred Care basically told me that he would be sorry to lose my Business if need be the case....But no other transportation could be sent to me for my Pain management Appt. That spoke VOLUMES of how much pride they take in Customer Service. This was a Company which I have recommended dozens of people to Sign on to and I will also be informing them to feel free to make Changes during this Open Enrollment period for 2020. Once was my Favorite but Preferred Care Partners y'all need to do a Major shakeup on Customer Service Skills and getting better Transportation Service. Lyft is great! Gold Transport is great! Ken is great with Transportation Department for United Healthcare of South Fl. These folks will really Pick the Members up and Return them home without False claims. I WAS NEVER TOLD BY PREFERRED THAT MY FAMILY DR. HAD LEFT. TAKEN OVER 8 WEEKS TO GET PRE ATHORIZED FOR DENTAL WORK. PHARMACY PLAN CO-PAY HAS GONE UP ALMOST 100%. WILL NOT BE SIGNING WITH PREFERRED AGAIN. ALSO HEAR FROM RELIABLE SOURCE THEY ARE NOT PAYING THEIR BILLS.

I just move to this plan, but was sold to me under the wrong info that was UnitedHealthCare, what really isn t, just covered by them.
I just star to find that many of my doctors don t accept this insurance.
But till now , one aspect of the plan I thing is outrage ; is the OTC plan.
This is a benefit, not a gift, but PCP have a contract with CVS where your only option to buy OTC products, are CVS genetic brands.
Not just prevent insurers to choose freely, but limiting the options to a bigger inventory.

This company does NOT pay claims ! Do your homework.. Drs are leaving their network because of not paying bills! 10 months and 100s of phone calls and still no reimbursement for claim! You will travel far for in network care!

THIS USED TO BE THE BEST INSURE BUT , NOT ANYMORE , I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR THE CATALOG , FOR THREE MONTH NOW TWO AND THREE TIMES I CALL TO THEM SEND ME THE CATALOG, AND EVERYONE PROMISE TO SEND IT TO ME , INCLUDING THE SUPERVISOR THAT I INSIST TO SPEAK WITH , WITH NOT SUCH LUCK THAT IT COULD BE BETTER . IT IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO WALK , AND I TOLD THEM ABOUT MY SITUATION , BUT THEY STILL HAVEN'T SEND ME THE CATALOG ; I KNOW I CAN ORDER THROUGH THE COMPUTER , BUT THE ITEMS IN THE COMPUTER , HAS A DIFFERENT CODES FROM THE CATALOG . THANKS FOR NOTHING

I need to call in every month for Cpap supplies. I...

I need to call in every month for Cpap supplies. I have to stay on the line waiting 20 min or more and many times they hang up and have to start all over again. I have had to go to the MedCare facility to order the supplies because they don't answer the phones. I am trying to call the corporate office to give my constructive testimony, but I can not find the correct phone number. This never happened when I was with Florida Blue. I hope this gets corrected since that is my only complaint.

Were excelent until they change from Quest Diagnostics to LabCorp in the middle of the year now two hours wait with appointment and very rude. Will move next year to whoever utilizes Quest

To expense, increase the madicament all the time. I'm get out from preferred care by the end of the year. Copayment for medication to high, copayment for especialist very high. They are some medical insurance much better than preferred partners from United Health care.

I have had excellent care with this plan. I have had the pleasure of having Steven H in customer service help me with doctors..Kiyaa in authorizations has also been excellent. Very happy i stayed with this plan
