Called this morning to ask a few follow up questions after my step dad called a couple days ago. He had a weird request and I was trying to get some information so we could decide if using Ryder was a feasible option. When I called, I asked for Crystal, who my step dad had already spoken to & while trying to explain the request she interrupted me at least 5 times - I couldn t get a word in! From what it sounded like she was saying, there must have been a misunderstanding with what my stepdad asked for and it was almost like she wasn t even interested in what we were even asking and her insinuation was that he was a liar - which is super rude & unprofessional. As a business owner myself, I can t imagine ever speaking to someone the way she did and even if this weird request were feasible with Ryder, I d pay triple to use a company with better customer service. From reading the reviews, perhaps I m the only one with this experience, but I know that I d never use them for anything.
