Ryder truck rental Springfield Ma in my opinion the worst. They said they ordered a part for their truck and it took 2 weeks, but had a problem with me asking for the part. If i can avoid this place I will.

Worst location to get diesel.Always on the phone. Never pays attention to the driver. Never tries to get them in and out. Worst place to get diesel do not recommend it for anybody. I waited an hour to get diesel. Not one time did you come inside I ll be right with you. It s customer service sucks.
