I have enjoyed being enrolled at Ross. Staff is great. Loved the teachers! Would recommend!!

I had a very pleasant experience at Ross. I have learned so much, my Med term vocabulary has grown tremendously. I now understand the laws/rules of Insurance billing and coding . This was important for me because I worked for an Insurance company years ago and things have changed so much since then. Ross gave me the confidence that I can persevere in whatever road I decide to take pertaining to my career!

Literally called me twice a day every single day, prices are ridiculous I would pay less to get a degree at Mott. One time they called and the girl scheduled a campus tour for me after I told her I wasn't interested. NOT WORTH IT. Genness county offers all of these programs FREE TO LOW INCOME PEOPLE at Michigan works. I genuinely hope this company goes out of business because damn.

I have had the best time at the Flint, Mi Ross Medical Site. The instructors were extremely well educated and taught the material well. Everyone here is so nice and helpful! This was the best decision Iv'e ever made.

Over - all this experience has been nothing but amazing. It has it's ups and downs but I couldn't thank my teachers enough for everything they have did for us. In the beginning I wanted to quit and my teacher basically told me no i'm not letting you do this and I never did. All the staff is super amazing and very understanding. Again I couldn't be more happy to graduate from a place where everyone cares.

Ross is a nice program to join. My teach Ms.Stephanie was probably the main reason i enjoyed being in the dental field so much. She mad everything understanding and helped as much as possible. Now I'm a senior and will miss her dearly once I leave. The campus director is very nice as well Mrs.Lieble(probably spelled her name wrong) but she always has a smile on her face.

This program was a thrill ride. Throughout the time of being here as a student, I did a lot of growing in the real world. Its a great path to take to to start an career.

I enjoyed my experience at Ross, the staff and instructors are very easy to talk to and are willing to help when needed. I did the afternoon MA program, met a lot of great people and learned a lot, I would recommend Ross to anyone wanting to take the next step into the medical field.

If it wasn t for the price of the program I would give 5 stars. Just make sure you do your research on your loans. I did learn a lot there. It was a friendly environment. Be prepared to study.

AMAZING! The staff is extremely helpful! They care so much and do all they can to help you. So glad I decided to come to Ross, and very grateful for all the amazing, new friends and family I've gained! 100% recommend!!!

They care about your success. And ensure all skills are taught that are needed in the field. Sometimes seems a little fast paced but it is an accelerated program.

Ross offers a great place to learn, fast education, and on the job experience. The dental teacher is the best ;)

One of the best decisions I have made in a very long time. I feel very positive about my future and it is all because of the staff at Ross. They are so supportive and understanding not only in the classroom but also about my responsibilities outside of the classroom.

My experience at Ross Medical was great! I've learned so much. The staff here at Ross are very helpful and truly care about their students' success.

I can't believe everything that I have learned here. Everyone is so friendly and the teachers are awesome. I got started later in life and I am so happy for all the support and encouragement that I have received from everyone. Anybody who thinks that it is too late or that you are too old for school please consider going to Ross. It will change your life.

Being at Ross has definitely helped me to succeed in something that i have always been passionate about. They have helped me to step out of my comfort zone an show me that there is more than you know to becoming a MA. They are always willing to help you achieve your goals. Ross Medical Education Center is a wonderful school to attend. The ensure your success and everybody is so helpful and motivating. Ross education was a good place for me the director and the staff were very helpful. Ross gave me a help when needed it was more like a family. I would encourage anyone who wants to further their career to come to Ross. The help is here come go to Ross all you have to do is make the call and go to school if I can do it you can to.

When I went to Ross I was 19 and attend in 2013 at Niles, Ohio and Everyday I had anxiety walking into the door. I genuinely hated that school and was treated terribly in that class. Especially by the instructor Michelle Kicula in evening dental. The instructor would always make fun of me, single me out of everyone to make me look bad and humiliate me. I would see how she'd treat everyone else who was before me and treat everyone else with the utmost respect, but change the rules whenever it came to me. And this was the time that I had so many pressing issues that already kept me from performing my best and she'd just embarrass me any way she could, which made my class not like me also. If I didn't get something and asked she would humiliate me, but one of FAVORITES didn't understand something she'd treat them with respect. Idk who taught her "respect" because I never did anything to her. I just couldn't wait for it to all be over. I didn't even show up for graduation because I didn't want to spend anymore time than I had to with of all of them.

The staff & teachers of the school are unprofessional. It s like paying them to not teach!

Ross was the best decision I've made in a long time. The staff and students are helpful, welcoming and make you actually like learning. I highly recommend Ross to anyone interested in any of the programs offered, you won't regret it!

Good school. The staff here is amazing and helpful. I loved going to class during the night. Both teachers are amazing and very helpful.

Some of the teachers are amazing and very willing to work with you and there is a lot to learn from them.

Ross has been a big help in my life. I NEVER like going to school/college but this environmen is way different. I look forward to getting to class and seeing my teacher, it's like a get away. As soon as you walk into the building you instantly can feel positive engery. There's always smiles and happy spirits that fills the air at Ross. My teacher Mrs.Stephanie has to be the most understanding woman I have ever met. She makes learning so easy and is never in a bad mood. Ross has changed my life in so many ways. I would recommend this program to EVERYONE looking for a second chance. I could definitely write more great things about Ross but it would turn into a book.

Update(01/19/2020): so as you may know, time as went by since initially doing this review(about 3 years) and I do have a lot of updates. For one I do regret going to Ross. I wish I just would of attended more for two years and got my degree. Ross will misinform you or try to make it seem like you will leave with a degree which you don t. In student debt of over $10,000 for what? A certificate of completion and my x-ray certification? NOT WORTH IT, NOT WORTH IT, NOT WORTH IT! Stay away from Ross. This is for people that are trying to find the easy way out out . I regret coming here with a passion, not to mention before I left the school, leaving a good review was MANDATORY! Now that I ve been in my career 3 years I have a different perspective. I m currently back in school to become a dental hygienist and wish I would of done this before even considering Ross.

Ross medical education center offered me a great learning experience in the health field i would highly recommend this school to future students interested in working in the medical health profession

I am so thankful for Ross Medical, I am a senior right now and I am close to graduation. I am eager to say that Ross has given me the opportunity to grow and become the most amazing individual that I can be. The journey here has been amazing and I am thankful to start this new career path!!

had a wonderful time here. the teachers were knowledgeable and knew what they were talking about. the staff members are very helpful when you had questions.

This campus is great. The instructors are fabulous.

Ross Medical is a great pass pace education system. The afternoon teachers are amazing and very caring. Mrs. Micki is the BEST !! Director and Administration staff is also very caring and loving. My Instructors and my fellow classmates as well as the Front offices staff are all like second family to all students. I love this location

Reviews are supposed to honest right? Well, here it is. I started back in March of 2018. This review only speaks for the medical assistant program. In the beginning everything was going good and it was a great place to get quick educational training. As the months went by we went through several modules. At the end of your program you get placed at a cite based on what you say and do, as well as how you act in class. This has made not only me but several of my classmates feel like we can't express our opinion without being penalized for it. When it comes to doing in class assignments, we're given one at a time and not allowed to work ahead. Therefore, if I finish early, I either have to find other work to do. If I am all caught up on my homework, I just have to sit there and wait for everyone else to finish their work before we can move on. It's ALWAYS freezing in the classrooms and only when corporate is in the building, we're not allowed to wear jackets. I didn't pay the kind of money that I did for the lesson plans to teach me about something I already know, especially my financial status. If I could go back and do the program again with the knowledge I have now, I wouldn't. They only want to follow the handbook rules when corporate is in the building.

This place is another ITT Tech in the making! Steer clear!!! Ross will not leave me alone since graduating and receiving both my certificate in my program AND diploma from the Flint establishment. Stop emailing my work and asking for things, stop trying to contact my boss, stop trying to call my phone. I had no clue when I signed up for this absolutely HORRIBLE experience that it meant signing my life over to their constant hounding. Please do you research on the similar scam that was shut down in 2016. How do you people sleep at night taking $16k in tuition for teachers who aren't even in class most nights... This place is just trying to prey on young women who are desperate to enroll and will guilt trip you into signing up for the worst year of your life...!

This Ross College campus has its ups and downs but it is a good campus. My instructors were amazing, always helped me when I had a question and kinda made the classroom feel more like a home. My dental assistant instructors were one of the big reasons as to why I did so well. Just be prepared when you sign up, no snow days. No matter how TERRIBLE the weather and the roads are. Like I said, the best thing about this campus, it is the instructors and the faculty.

I decided to go to ross to make sure I was able to provide for my children. I got so much more than an education i got a second family. Everyone is helpful, friendly and understanding.

I would recommend Ross over Baker College! I love my experience I am having here! The instructors and office ladies are here for you if you ever need any help.

my experience was very good here, i learned a lot from being here but i did not like the fact that we kept switching teachers throughout my whole time here i had 3 different teachers now in my last mod, and were getting another new teachers. it makes it very hard to learn the material. other than that i would say it went very well

they are very nice and outgoing people helped me out a lot and kept me going.

OMG, if I knew then what I know now, I never would have enrolled!! This place is a joke. The staff is soooooo incompetent. Some of the places they send you on your extern is so sad. This place will be another ITT Tech in a couple of years!! So if you think about coming here, STOP, TURN, and RUN! Trust me, you'll thank me later.

I had a wonderful experience but things that I was promised when starting the program did not meet any type of standards. I was told that I would have consistency with my teachers and that was not apparent in any sort of way. Every mod having to switch to a new person or not even knowing if someone would be showing up to the next class. I feel it disrupted my learning experience and has slowly caused me to not attend class.

During the school tour, looking around and listening to the advisory explain what each class was, the dental assistant class caught my eye, since then, I've made connections with the students and the instructor and it was one of the best choices I've made.

Ross was a great experience for me. I thoroughly enjoyed coming to class and being around the people I had classes with. The teachers are absolutely great and take time to get to know you and help you strive for success. Like any other place there is somethings that could be improved but overall it was definitely worth it!

My experience at Ross Medical Education Center was extremely good. I learned a lot and got the skills I need to be successful at a office of any kind. My favorite thing to learn how to do was blood draws and my favorite thing to learn about was the diseases of every body system.

The instructors are great people. They do all they are able to make sure you are successful. You become close with your classmates. I am very proud in my choice of attending Ross Medical Education Center.

When I first started I worried that I would not be able to finish the program. There was even a point where I considered quitting. I chose to stay and have learned a great deal since then. The teachers are not only knowledgeable, but they care. They care if you pass or fail. They are proud when you succeed, and build you up when you're having a rough time. My classmates are wonderful. If I ever had any questions both my classmates and my teachers were there. I was able to e-mail my teachers with questions and they answered relatively quickly- often the same day. In talking with career services I know that they want me to succeed too. I trust that I'll be placed somewhere where I can continue to learn and grow as a person. The director and assistant director are also there when you need them, as is financial aid. All in all, I'm really glad that I chose to come here and do the medical billing and coding program.

I enjoyed my time at Ross the teachers are great. Ross helped me start a new career. There s changes that need to be made and things that need improving but I would come here again.

Absolutely loved my experience. It was definitely a lot of information all at once at first, but once I was in the groove of things, I caught on so quickly. Small class sizes so one on one time with the teachers was great and helped so much! Would 100% recommend the DA program to anyone! The teachers are great and really care that you succeed. Very down to earth and a group of very chill and wonderful ladies.

I love, love my teachers. They really care for the students and their success. However, there is too much drama and the rules are not enforced as they should be.

It pushes you to the furthest and motivates you to strive to do better. It pushes you to never want to give up. They will help guide you in the right direction. I enjoy going to Ross and is definitely something i would recommend for anyone even a mother with kids. I am thankful for all the teachers and administration here who help as much as they can.

I love how I came to Ross and was taught exactly what I was told I was going to learn. There wasn't any surprises and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I got to meet a lot of new people and friends that I can keep for a lifetime.

They helped me get from point A to point B in a short amount time, which meant I did't I have to take a ton of unnecessary classes.

Everyone from the instructors to the front office and to the director have been extremely helpful. Everyone is here to help you be successful.

My experience has been wonderful! Your time here at Ross flies by and is worth it. Your teachers are always willing to give a helping hand. I feel sometimes we may not give our teachers the credit they deserve as they shape us into being the professional we should be.

I had a great time here at Ross. The teachers are great! The two things I didn't like was the amount of in class assignments that we had to do and the amount of time we got to do them in. There was not enough time in the day to do them.

I had an awesome time at Ross, the staff were always willing and wanted to help me in any way I may have needed. I would've liked to have someone sit own with me 1 on 1 to learn how to use the virtual library. I feel like the students try to teach each other and that's great until someone teaches you the wrong thing and you don't know any better.

I loved Ross! The teachers were awesome! I attended the evening classes and had Mrs. Bernie and Mrs. Micky.

I love that Ross offers evening classes. If they didn't I would of never been able to go to school for medical assisting as I work during the day. The staff is great and friendly. Overall Ross is a great school and they make learning fun.
