When I first started I worried that I would not be able to finish the program. There was even a point where I considered quitting. I chose to stay and have learned a great deal since then. The teachers are not only knowledgeable, but they care. They care if you pass or fail. They are proud when you succeed, and build you up when you're having a rough time. My classmates are wonderful. If I ever had any questions both my classmates and my teachers were there. I was able to e-mail my teachers with questions and they answered relatively quickly- often the same day. In talking with career services I know that they want me to succeed too. I trust that I'll be placed somewhere where I can continue to learn and grow as a person. The director and assistant director are also there when you need them, as is financial aid. All in all, I'm really glad that I chose to come here and do the medical billing and coding program.
