Have only had a few orders wrong but they have always fixed them and been polite about it. Great food! Cant beat krystal chicks with extra pickles or the chili cheese pups!!!! Horrible service all the time. Mostly understaffed 90% of the time. 20 minute wait times with only one car in front of me. Then got home to realize that the entire order was wrong and I paid quite a bit for things I didn't receive.

Krystals is hands down the best food for when your not sure what you want to eat. And the best food for when you get drunk or after a hangover. It's a hangover remedy. And reminds me of my home town slug burger. Good ole Mississippi slug burgers is a soy version of a krystal. So it's perfect for me.

Didn't get near as much chili on my fries as I did...

Didn't get near as much chili on my fries as I did at most places and no self service drink machine. Food immediately came out and the fries were cold which tells me they had been sitting under a light for a while. Overall I'll skip this one when I'm in this part of town again.

The girl that took our order was rude. We had to park and wait for part of the order to be cooked. Which is fine. When the girl brought out our order I thanked her. She didn't say a word, and walked away with a "tone" of being inconvenienced. Food was mediocre. Order was wrong.
