I am the owner of one RZR xp 1000 model 2015 and it's incredibly that the Mexican distributor doesn't provide a good after-sales service , IN MEXICO WE DONT HAVE GOOD SUPPLY OF PARTS , WE HAVE BAD AFTER SALE SERVICE, WE NEED TO WAIT 2 TO 3 MONTHS FOR OBTAIN A SPARE. The problem I have was the loop shaft of de rear shock are extremely thin and broke at the moth of use. I dont know if Walker Evans fails with the use of the mathematics or if polaris dont calculate the weight and the stress at which this piece it's exposed.

I had some work to do at Polaris in Roseau Mn. and was told to park in the visitors parking lot, when i backed out of the parking spot at the end of my shift my front bumper was tore off by a piece of rebar that was sticking out of the cement tire block. Polaris would not pay for the damages. Will Not Go Back!!

In May 2018 I bought new ATV polaris 570 eps in EUROPE, after 3 days of usage (15mth) quad broke down, starter motor with main sprocket broke all teeth making small and large pieces of steel falling down to the engine oil, and engine. Service where I bought this junk refuse to replace to new or refund the money, they wash the engine, replaced broken parts (second hand ones) and changed oil saying it is fix, everyone know this damage probably makes destruction of engine and shortening life of engine itself. Nobody are around to help, no help desk, call centre or contact number to report it to polaris,

DO NOT BUY POLARIS.

Horrible customer service! I recently purchased a RZR from Polaris that is under recall and won't be fixed for a month due to parts on back order. I asked them politely to to cover my monthly payment as seeing I can't enjoy what I have purchased. All I got was some bs saying Polaris is not providing any compensation for down time during this bulletin. They better do something if they want me to buy anything from them in the future and to not loose a valued customer.

Bought a new Razor High Lifter and from day one it has not run. They have had me move the junk to two different repair dealerships first told Polaris to "f" off and get the junk out of the dealership. Polaris told me to move it to another dealership its been there for 3 weeks and nothing has happened the dealership will not return my calls and Polaris will not return my calls and the Razor will not run. The first dealership billed me $1000 dollars just to release my Razor so I could move it to the second dealership Polaris will not reimburse me for these charges either they said its up to the Dealership and that they are independent contractors. So there is zero accountability in any Polaris product for craftsmanship and or quality. The warranty is a joke and you are better off taking to a legitimate repair center. I will never buy another Polaris product as long as I live. Tried to get the dealer to trade on a CanAm but they wouldn't because my brand new piece of Junk Polaris won't run and there is no hope of fixing this garbage. So far with 20 miles I have 3 belts and 4 spark plugs and a $1000 dollar bill. Better off buying from China at least you know what you are getting and they will stand behind it.

I don't even know where to start. I should have done more research on the Company Polaris and their customer service before I bought this vehicle. I have been in business for over 50 years and never knew a company that does not abide buy the Chain of Command at Polaris Head quarters. You CAN'T talk to anyone there with authority that knows their Ranger 900 and the operator won't even give you her name because their corporate rules don't allow it, at least this is what I was told by her on 12/28/2015 at 11:30 when I called. I just bought a windshield that has a hardware kit and instructions but the hardware doesn't work. The parts have to be modified to fit. Also the centrifugal clutch engages at about 2500 RPM which I don't believe is right, so you have to be careful when going forward and in reverse so you don't run anyone over. I have test driven several other UTV's that their clutches engaged properly. I spoke to a customer service tech who called about the problem but I'm still really ticked off at Polaris Corporate for being so arrogant to think that they above everyone else. I would never ever recommend buying a Polaris to anyone because of their arrogance and corporate rules. So as far as I'm concerned this is the last $17,500.00 Polaris will ever get form me and I will never own any thing else they manufacture.

I bought a 2014 Polaris Brutus , and it is the biggest lemon I have ever owned. It's been in the shop well over half of its life. Polaris opened case C3413989 and at first seemed that they were going to try to help me. Polaris coordinated with the repair facility in Lake Charles LA. After a lengthy repair I was told that the vehicle had "a clean bill of health" and to go pick it up at the repair facility. After a 1.5 hour drive to pick up my Polaris I found it still in pieces at the repair facility.
I have been calling and trying to speak with, Nate, the person who is supposed to be working my case. So far I've called for 8 straight days in a row and have been told that he would call me back. I have never seen such a backwards-thinking, non-customer service oriented business as Polaris. I'll never own another Polaris, and I'll be sure to take to writing about my experience on the internet every chance I get. I paid $36,000 for this piece of junk. Since I've spent my money I can't afford to buy anything else. This was suppose to be the small tractor for my property. I regret not buying a small Kubota or something.

Could you please have someone in management reach out to talk about what I need to setup about a Lemon Law request for my Polaris Ranger that has been in the dealership for the better part of the last 6 months, I talked to Kevin over the last few months and he offered to pay up to $2000 towards a trade towards one that is not a Lemon which is not acceptable and then I called to find out what info was needed to be mailed to your legal department and he wouldnt allow me to talk to his manager nor was i given the info needed to mail. my case # 6094656

They have bought the traditional brand 'Indian' and developed their own engine, which is visually very similar to the 'Indian Big Chief'. The 'Thunder Stroke 111' engine was introduced to the public in Daytona. If he even keeps nearly what he promises visually (durable low-speed Agregat) - then this is my next engine!

Polaris has a wonderful show room. The wishing starts first thing in the door. Indian motor cycle. The sling shot is awesome. 3 wheels of solid excitement. The electric 2 seater cab enclosed vehicle would be great for that drive around the lake. I want them all so I can show off big time.

I'm was trying to purchase a bike from Indian, but they're service is so atrocious that I simply cannot justify giving my money to such a terrible company. I walked into the door of their dealer here in St. Paul MN, with money in hand and pre-approved credit for a brand new motorcycle. But the condescending, belittling attitude of their sales staff was beyond palpable. I mean... how do you screw up a sale from someone who already knows what they want, with money in hand and all they simply want to do is ask a few questions and place the order? I could barely get a brochure from the guy and every question I asked was followed up by argumentative, disgruntled attitude. And then when I called the Indian "customer service" line, all I got was the canned "we're sorry for your experience Sir... blah, blah, blah...". There was no sense of urgency, no escalation, no personal responsibility to make things better, no reaching out personally, it was like dealing with the cable company. The level of personal detachment and corporate rigidity was breath taking! I went from feeling proud to feeling embarrassed that Minnesota is the state that this company calls home.

I was at the Harley Davidson dealer that's literally across the parking lot from the Indian dealer and the difference is night and day. The Harley dealer's attention and service was AWESOME! They worked with me, answered every question, talked product, joked, gave me a tour of their entire facility, talked about their service, programs, clubs, parties, bike options, showed me their custom shop, their mechanics... they even showed me pictures of their kids and talked about family. When I was in their shop they made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. The Indian dealer unfortunately was the complete and total opposite, which may explain why the Harley dealer is packed from the moment they open their doors to the moment they close... the Indian dealer is almost always empty. I have to recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a product from this company to think twice... if their service is this bad when you're trying to give them your money, just think how bad it will be after they have your money. I wanted to shop American and more importantly, from a company that's based in my own community. But I've never experienced service that was so poor with an "I don't care" attitude from a company that I walked away sincerely feeling like they simply don't care if I shop there or not. It's no wonder Harley is out selling them 10 to 1. Save yourself some time, spend the extra money and buy a Harley. There's no service at Indian/Polaris here because they simply don't care.

I ordered online from here and it was the worst experience I've ever had. They make returns nearly impossible with a bunch of hoops you have to go through, including calling them to tell them you want to return an item. Every person I talked to on the phone was rude and short with me. Will never order from them again. Would give them 0 stars if possible.

Purchased a slingshot and within a week of owning it I had to send it in for a safety related repairs. Over the last year I have had to send it in many times for major safety problems and some recalls and unfortunately Polaris the manufacturer refuses to acknowledge any manufacture defects and or offer to inspect it. Will not be buying another Polaris product or recommending to anyone. Poor customer service and warranty!

We had a sportsman 500. The front axle broke under warranty, a strange problem. They refused to replace under warranty said from abuse. Hundreds of miles later it broke again. This time they send the dealer to our place to "inspect the property" looking for ramps because "the axle would only break if jumped." Well he found nothing because we weren't abusing the machine.
The cast aluminum wheel hubs also broke and we insisted it is a design flaw, very little material supporting the machine. Refused warranty replacement. The 3rd time a hub broke our replacement part was an updated heavier design. They still refused to honor the warranty for the part. They claim it's not a defective materials issue.

So anyhow this company treated us very poorly. We sold our machine and will absolutely never have another!

They are constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible with their products, and they have a team of engineers and designers who are always looking for ways to improve upon existing designs or create something entirely new.
