A fair range of tents and accessories but the price tags were all over the place. Different price stickers to what's on the shelf or no price at all. One Item had no less than 3 different prices. The staff really should take some time to check through the Isles and update price stickers.
Good selection for a few different types of camping. Prices reasonable when you need something at short notice.

2 weeks ago I brought back my Outwell EcoCool that i bought from the NEC in Birmingham (If you like camping. I'd recommend going) they replaced the product there and then under the manufacturers guarantee.

Not impressed with the customer care of this company. Took our deposit and left the tent up in the field after telling us they would pack it down ready for when we could collect it. When we went to get it, it was half deflated, filthy, full of water and the GP had traipsed around in it for 10 days....

It's very good camping shop but be advised if you have a buggy it is very tight in the shop. Go out to the tent area though and there is ample space and a good selection.
Very helpful chap named Barry sorted us out with great advice, he always says hello when we popped in and was great as our kids started to run riot through the shop.
