DISGUSTING COMPANY!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!.
Please before you buy from them be aware that if you have any problems with the item/items you are going to have in my opinion the most disgusting customer service you will ever receive and may incur months of stress just as we did.

We ended up going on holiday with a faulty tent to find even more faults.
Customer service are two words that should not be related to this company.
They are rude, unhelpful, lie saying that they are sorting the problem just to gain more time and obviously do not understand anything about consumer rights.
In short it took nearly 3 months to get a refund after having no choice other than to contact consumer rights for advice, it became apparent that they had broken the consumer credit act more than once with my purchase.
Fortunately i paid by credit card and was advised to use them to now deal with the situation.
They tried calling my bluff by refusing to refund me and said that they were also seeking advice..............within a week of my credit card company getting in touch with them i had a call offering a full refund.
If you are going to purchase from them please know your consumer rights first!!!!!
