It felt like the solicitor didn't really have the time to deal with my case. I had to chase which resulted in my early termination of the case. Very knowledgeable lady. In the end she has done what I asked her for but unfortunately it felt like she had a bigger fish to fry.

Very friendly to begin with.

Very friendly to begin with.
But once you get started become incredibly unresponsive.
Do not answer phone calls direct or through the main office. Emails are responded usually with a 2 week delay.
But documents are highly detailed when information is eventually passed on.

Despite being a previous client and despite over four calls to their firm , I never received a response. I had to find another solicitors firm to assist. Maybe they are very busy but at the very least I expected after several calls a reply whether they could assist or not?
