I instructed Debbie for the conveyancing of my first property, for what should have (in theory) been one of the more straightforward & simple property purchases. It turned out the be not much short of an impossible task thanks to an unbelievable level of incompetence from the vendors solicitor. As the seller's solicitor time and again took days to respond to emails, went on holiday without notifying anyone and consistently missed deadlines for completion imposed further up the chain, without Debbie's patience, determination, persistence and unparalleled levels of professionalism I am under no illusions that the purchase would have fallen through completely.

It turned into a bit of a nightmare scenario and ultimately, Debbie almost singlehandedly managed to push it over the line in time for Christmas.

I could not recommend Debbie more highly.
