I was their client twice, first time when I was buying a property and second time 6 years later when selling it, first time everything went ok, but sale was simple exchange... Second time I was buying a leasehold property with somewhat complicated contract, which required some alteration of contract and negotiation with layers from leaseholder, it took L around two weeks to send a message and after two months on going nowhere, I took it into my hands and managed to get in touch with owner in a day and did what she couldn't in two months... Maybe if you have a very basic sale then you could go here, but keep in mind their response time will be ~2days, I would highly advise against using them...
