Very friendly to begin with.
But once you get started become incredibly unresponsive.
Do not answer phone calls direct or through the main office. Emails are responded usually with a 2 week delay.
But documents are highly detailed when information is eventually passed on.
Doesn't take much to pick up the phone or send a quick email to control client expectations rather than leaving them in the dark even when they are trying to reach you. Very poor practice.
