Used to work as a chef till July 2018 for about a year and a half i was treated like rubbish like many of the staff in the past threatened buy old managers new manager speak to you like you are a bit of mess of there shoe was not payed right when I left and the pub people make you work in terrible conditions and when you got to them with a problem they just ignore it I have many of other problem s that I could say about but can't at the moment as taking action on it all fink of the staff when you go to any of pub people places many thanks

Worst pub company I've ever worked at the management they put in they don't care who they are if they have the bond their operation of quality and safety is very questionable they put up with managers even if staff complain but pub people company will turn up one morning and kick the managers out that day must be at least four management to my knowledge

Just been to the three horseshoes in east leake which my mum and dad treated the 6 of us to an evening meal. What a disaster and shambles this place is under new management. We will never return again as service was rubbish and the food isn't that much better. Be warned.
