My father has been a fan of Palmer's for decades. The arrangement he got for a special birthday was very much appreciated.

I talked to two people about large sun flowers they said they had them in stock. We placed an order and they said I could come pick them up. When I came in to pick up the order the lady at the counter told me they didn't have my flowers. Nice store but Extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional.

Palmer Flowers is THE Fort Collins flower shop. When you walk into their store you are walking into a flower wonderland. The flowers I get from them for my wife are always the freshest. Plus they have an AMAZING selection of flower arrangements in their cooler every time I go in.

I called to place an order for curbside pick-up and was slightly disappointed by the person I spoke to. I explained that I needed flowers for a friend that lost her sister last week. A typical reaction when hearing about someone losing a loved one is I m sorry or some change in tone. The sales rep had no response and continued to function as an order-taker for the entirety of the conversation. Palmers should take a moment to evaluate who they have as a sales rep and choose or train someone that understands the importance that the simple act of giving flowers holds. You re not just filling out a form, you re helping someone express a deeper sentiment and it matters. Otherwise, lose the rep and have orders completed exclusively online. You ll lose less business that way.

Edit: I added a star to my review because Michelle called to apologize for my experience. On top of that, she recognized that my intent was to provide helpful feedback to make their business better. Any owner/leader can t change or fix what they don t know and sometimes their only way of finding out is through their customers. Thank you, Michelle.

Palmer Flowers always has what I need and the quality is unbeatable. Not only do they have an excellent product but their customer service is out of this world...it is so hard to find good service these days. They bend over backwards to ensure that I am ALWAYS 150% satisfied. I will never go anywhere else for my flower and plant needs and can always count on them to bringing their A game.

I ordered right before 8 AM. I asked if they could be delivered early. Was told they would be delivered long before 3. They got there at 3, so she didn't get to enjoy them much before the end of the work day. I could have picked them up in the morning and had them delivered by mid morning, which is what I wanted. For the delivery price they should have been delivered much earlier. I've been using Palmer for many years but very upset with this late delivery.

Just got cut off by a delivery driver, they almost hit me. Never used the company never will now. Maybe train drivers since it's is a company van.

This Beautiful flower shop has their priorities in the right place. I ordered flowers for my daughter but my card was denied. They sent them anyway knowing it was a special occasion. I called this morning and they were so kind and respectful. They did not make

Great customer service and great flowers! I've been getting flowers for a few years there. There was a minor issue with my V-day order this year and they got it taken care of very quickly and even upgraded the bouquet for the trouble. Gotta love good old customer service!

Best variety of flowers and arrangements I have ever seen. It is an experience going into the Palmer Flowers shop. As soon as I walked in I was astonished at how beautiful the shop looked. They have huge walk in coolers so it is very easy to see all the arrangements. My flowers were gorgeous. I will definitely be returning!

Beautiful bouquet sent to my Aunt at her home after surgery. I had ordered a Mylar balloon which wasn't with the arrangement. Judy called from the flower shop and offered to take my Aunt a balloon, which was so nice of her. I told her to not worry about it as I got the balloon cost refunded from Teleflora. Palmer flowers used to send out nice arrangements, however the past three times I sent my wife flowers I feel I should have picked them out myself. I have been very disappointed lately . After my initial review one of the owners contacted me with genuine concern about my experiences. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with them. To get a personal call from the owner shows their dedication to customer service.

The best and my favorite florist in Fort Collins! Whether I've gone in to pick the arrangement myself, or have solicited the help of an employee, I've always left completely satisfied and excited to present the flowers to my wife. Love surprising my wife with one of their seasonal setups. They re awesome and she loves them. I m never sure exactly what to get, but everyone that has helped me has been so nice and helpful.

I ordered a "designer" bouquet for my wife for Valentine's Day from Paul Wood Florist in Fort Collins, CO which is now owned by Palmer Flowers. I placed the order 3 days before Valentine's day and paid $125.00 for the bouquet plus an additional $23 for delivery. I told the florist when I placed the order that I work from home so they could deliver anytime during the day but that I wanted to be sure I had the flowers before my wife got home from work. At 4pm on Valentine's Day no bouquet, called the shop and at first they had difficulty finding my order then they assured me my order was out for delivery. At 5pm no bouquet so I called the shop back again and spoke to a different woman and again she had difficulty finding my order but once she found it she assured me my order was "on it's way" and offered her "sincere apology" for the delay. At 5:30 my wife got home from work and still no bouquet, at 6pm no bouquet, at 7 pm no bouquet, finally at 7:45pm the "designer" bouquet showed up. The condition of the flowers was poor with most drooping and some damaged. When my wife saw the bouquet her first comment was "Well, it's a nice little garden of flowers". Not the reaction I was hoping for from a "designer" Valentine's Day bouquet and I am sure some of her lack of enthusiasm was because delivery was so late as well as the bouquet being something you would give your grandmother for her 80th birthday not your wife on Valentine's Day. Apparently the florists at Paul Wood\Palmer Flowers don't get the point of Valentine's Day... Save time, money and aggravation and use a different florist.

I ordered some flowers for my mom on mother's day. It was well decorated. My mom really loved it too. The price to order it was very well worth it. Quality at low cost.

I called to make an appointment 2 or 3 time and just now got a call back. And then they told me that because I was getting married on the weekend of Valentines Day that they would not help me and that I need to change the date of my wedding. It was very rude and I think inappropriate.

My first mistake was using For you flowers As a third party delivery service. They were delivered today on time, thank you! But the arrangement looked nothing like the picture on the website, it was such a disappointment. We use Palmer flowers from time to time and you normally do good but this bouquet was awful. If you put your name on it you would think it would have been made better. And you forgot the Lily s.

Lovely customer service. I was unable to travel from out of town for my grandpa's cremation, and I was really sad about not being able to attend. I wanted to send some flowers for the service but it was very last minute, and I had to call around before I finally called Palmer. I was very relieved they were able to accommodate next-day delivery in time for the cremation. They gave me multiple options, worked with my budget, and helped me feel reassured even though I was buying flowers over the phone from another state. I ended up getting the designer's choice with my stipulation that there be no white flowers. They even sent me a photo of the arrangement before delivery, and I was happy with the end product. I really appreciate this experience during a difficult time.

A driver with this company s minivan harassed my family and me in the Chic Fil A parking lot.

Flowers were delivered at wrong time (before my girlfriend ever got to work) despite being given a 2 hour window. When I called to voice my concerns, the woman I talked to didn't seem to care very much and then hung up on me. Certainly feeling ripped off. By far the worst service I've experienced, and I work in the service industry. If you're trying to get flowers delivered do not go through Palmer. Good luck.

Normally I love their flowers and service, but just had a bouquet of roses die overnight. Disappointed in the quality. I called them and they replaced the bouquet. A few of these died but most of them have stayed nice for a few days.

I was at fault for not preordering a corsage, but they took care of me in 15 minutes with a beautiful corsage that matched my daughter's dress perfectly!

First time ordering through Palmer Flowers. But also my first time ordering flowers/plants for someone for delivery.
Wasn't satisfied at all what I thought to be a orchid or what I thought I was ordering (from what the picture showed) was not what i was hoping for.
Not to mention I also ordered cholchlates and a candle. But when I called them to ask a question she said they were out of candles and cholchlate. (Not sure if they had other sizes, or different cholchlate) but also was not suggested and anything in replace.
Also idk if it's normal but when we showed up there was a tag that said they tried to make a delivery and we weren't home. So instead they left the plant at a neighbor's. But idk that seems kinda weird to do.
I'll know next time though to go through someone else. They were pretty good with customer service. But still disappointed with what I wanted to be ordered (which they didn't have) Along with the blooming plant that showed up.

This is our favorite flower shop to work with in Fort Collins. Their showroom is amazing and they take care of their customers with amazing service. When we work with a Fort Collins florist, we choose Palmer Flowers.

The website is great but the service is TERRIBLE. On three different occasion i ordered flowers for my fiance and each time there was some small issue (forgot to fill out a card, ordered too late and they would have to be delivered the next day, ect) and each time instead of calling or contacting me they call my fiance and told her what the issue was. Completely ruining any surprise and then adding stress by asking for answers to questions that didn't even need asked. What ever you do, DON'T order flowers through Palmer Flowers

Palmer has great flowers and excellent customer service. I recently placed 3 orders for Mother's Day, but one of the addresses was out of their delivery area. Palmer transferred the order to a local shop, but when the other shop said we can't fulfill the order the day before Mother's Day, Palmer made it right by going above and beyond and delivering the flowers Mother's Day morning. I can't thank them enough for their customer service making my Mom's day. The flowers were beautiful and they made her so happy.

We used Palmer Flowers for our wedding, and they were awesome! We did not use Bliss Wedding Florist because we were not interested in wedding flowers beyond bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages. Additionally, we were not picky about the flowers used we just wanted the bouquets to match the Blue Belle boutonnieres and corsages (also, the bouquets were standard and not "bridal bouquets"). We picked up the flowers on our wedding day and were very happy with how they turned out. They were beautiful and really enhanced our wedding photos. And they are still going strong after a few days!
